  16. I work shifts so up at various times?. No brekkie for me though, well put it this way............ on a typical 2-10 shift up at 9:30 cup of tea work at 14:00 cup of tea (x6) 2 kebabs to be ate about 21:00hrs finished at 22:00 hardly walking after eating pee about on the tin'ternet till anbout 02:30-04:00 (if playing online games) maybe fit a can of coke and some chocky in? when online crap diet or what?? 6-2 shift, skip breakfast, lunch and eat about 19:00 :wack: The trick is I smoke :headvswal
  17. Been there, done that........ I bought a cheap hand held steam cleaner, not that effective though :nelson: ended up scraping off with a piece a thin plastic (as per wallpaper stripper)

  19. You should get what your asking especially for yours, good luck with the sale. Make sure you have some tissues at the ready when you let her go m8. :cry:
  20. If you read the back of the antifreeze bottle it should tell you as a guide....... at temperature about -20degrees (russia ect.) 50/50 is recommended. over here -10degrees absolute lowest about 10% - 20% antifreeze will be OK. Sorry dont know the capacity of the cooling system?.
  21. How you mean flushing without additives? Am I right in thinking use a thin oil (0/40) then go for a welly up the motway and back down, say 100 in 4th (manual gearbox) get it nice and hot then drop the 0/40's then refil with your normal running oil??
  22. Make your stand up first and get hold of the correct bolt lengh and size (sorry but cant remember off hand) No dreaming, try it. Remember lift and move things with your brain, you dont have to break your back to get the job done.
