Did this job last week, not to bad really. The only thing which was a PITA was unconnecting the electrical plugs (all of them) as they have been on for 10years plus and where a bit tight, then again I'm normall crap at undoing them anyway :rolleyes:

You can buy a plate that has threaded holes in for the sensors, both temp and pressure. It screws in before the oil filter. Do a search for sandwich plate. I'm after one also :)

I'm normall wrong also but I dont think UK TT's have cat overheat warning light so no cat overheat gubbins? Are the AIVS not in the wing?

Got a similar spec to that Mike, but I am not running any 64bit software and to be honest not noticed a steep increase in performance from my old amd 2800xp chip.

The ecu is under a wooden board in the passenger footwell. This is a pic of the wiring loom that plugs into it.

Bought in February 2004, attempted to fit today whilst instrument cluster was out and besides a flaw in the carbon it's been cut wrong :mad:. The problem is where the indicator lights are the hole is off center about 3mm higher therefore chopping half the lights out at the bottom. Anyone know where I can get one from (besides ebay.com) Cheers

Games are definetly a lot easier these days. When playing on speccy's and old arcade games a high score matered and you carried on until you died or finished the game, with 3 lives (1 credit) How many games of today are like this? Games today you never really improve your own abitities getting through the game because you have instant saves, and re-attempt the hard bit with a fresh bar of health :rolleyes: I remember years ago, whenever I went abroad I would pick a arcade and finish the game i.e. Manx TT superbike, Daytona Racing....the list goes on. The other week I finished Outrun 2 when I went to southport, I must of only played it twice before :rolleyes: I only really play racing games on the PS2 (can't wait for burnout revenge!) I only really play first person shooters on the PC. Online play is the way to go, some ba5tard always gets you when you least expect it!

What was the max boost you ran? (just curious ;) not fitted yet)

My daily driver (fiesta 1.1) choke is stuck on or something and keeps revving its tits off, due to me not giving a crap about it I carry on driving it like that. Last week it was raining very hard and I changed down into 2nd gear to take a corner and it pulled me round far faster than you would imagine.......quite scary :eek: Must get it sorted :wack:

Mine makes the odd noise sometimes.........if all seems well don't worry, (easier said than done) On these cars you don't get the induction roar with Performance air filters like other cars.
