  9. Not bad, but I would say this as I have this planned for a water temp gauge. Got the bits just need to get around to it.
  10. That is good advise. I've just been made redundant recently, and although I am working again I turned down a few jobs (money reasons) and I am not happy where I am working now..... In other words m8 I know your head is up your arse with decisions like this to be made. Talk it through with your gaffer if he is a good bloke he will respect you for it.
  11. I love it here! So true... I think you hit the nail right on the head

  13. I owned a calibra turbo but it was constantly wanting a repair of some kind or other  After 2 years of ownership I looked at getting something else........ Insurance is a big issue for me and one night I was just playing about on the net getting insurance quotes and typed in 300zx (thought a 3ltr twin turbo was well out of my reach) It turned out good! Did a bit of research on them (you dont see any about) and loved it :hyper: The only thing that bothered me (and still does today) is when the back end of the car tries to overtake the front end  I also caught the modding bug as well!, which I've never bothered with :p
  14. Sweet lookin motor there bud!
  15. See if you can download a manual from Blitz website. If it does have or did get the 300zx wiring loom on it that plugs in at the back of the ignition barrel or somewhere along that bunch of wires (not too far away) The pins configuration looks similar. [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] [ ] hope this is of some help?
  16. Everyone's entitled to their own opinion ???? :p
  17. So have I in the past :o (yellow ones on a renault 19 16valve) I also owe £30 for a parking ticket that fell off the windscreen which was still on display! :wack:

  19. If I can remember correctly I have read wings west have gone bust. I got mine shipped over from the states but the firm I got it off has taken It off there website (may have none left) Look about for an original one as somebody may have one left but I think Luke sells them at the z center (copies) but these are fiberglass and I don't know what those ones are like?
  20. Had a quick go with the stearing wheels and Yes it is v.hard. Graphics are good but not managed to get time to get into it yet. I dont think its a lets rag the arse of this car and win game (including crashes) I think its a lets be cautious an drive it like a zed in the snow and get round in one piece game. if that makes any sense   worth a try I was in a 200sx playing to loose the back end and it did, and it was realistic. but I'm no drifter type driving style so I lost it. :smash:
  21. I am in the shit  Front end hitting towing eye Any experience/ideas?
  22. Cheers for that. Just nipped out for some hex nuts and having another go now to see if I can get it to fit perminent. Also having trouble with the square steel brackets that go near the front wheels I don't thing they will go on?
  23. Fitted an original of these the other day (God it was tight!) Anyone who has one a quick question........ do you have to remove the ducting that promotes air to the intercoolers? I ask as removing these was the only way I could get it on. Cheers
  24. You'll struggle m8, I did  I could'nt get the electric fan out but still managed to fit the BOV, undo the fan and pull it forward enough to get hand down back to undo bolts on BOV:cool: Pretty easy job though just don't try for too long removing the electric fan.
