air con rad removal
remove red bolts first, then green ones (all 14mm apart from the one through the cam cover which is 8mm and the one on top of the compressor holding the pipe) you need a flexi-socket to undo the arrowed bolt
-
air con rad removal
compressor is bolted to the bottom right hand side of the engine (looking from front) you want to remove everything outside the green box undo circled connection, cut red lines as far back as you can

air con rad removal
the small one under the filter (front side of electric fan) is the engine oil cooler. the one on the engine side of the electric fan is the ac rad.

air con rad removal
first you need to release the pressure from the system, theres a pipe with a plastic valve cap near the battery take that off and let gas out (not to atmosphere of course :P) then just undo two screws at top of ac rad, bend forward and chop the pipes as far back as you can. remove the little bottle at the front too (trace pipework from rad) two 10mm bolts hold bracket to car. might as well remove compressor and bracket while your at it seeing as your air con will no longer work

urgent help, bad water leak
you can strip down to the water pipes and check them, i thought my water pump was knackered but the leak was from one of the small metal water pipes, they had both corroded badly. cost about £50 for the pair from mjp. had water pump and timing belt changed at same time as i have no record of if/when they were last done.
