  1. Yeah I never understand the point of a ban, how is that gonna make her realise what she's done and how would they enforce that? I'm just glad he ended up with a loving family who can give him the love he deserves, Strange how an animal will trust a person again after going through that but I guess they can work out the good ones :)
  2. Splitfyr3, really glad you think like that and you're totally right, now get subscribed!! lol It's totally the right way to think and you're certainly not the only one who would be pretty stuck without the help advice from the members. I've owned my Z for about 12 years and althought I've learnt a hell of a lot, I still rely on this place for advice. And again you're right, it's all about give and take in a community and that's what I believe this place is :)
  3. But you still come back and ask for more so this place can't be that bad! First one, you asked for sizes and you got exactly what you wanted but they way you look at it was YOU were the helpfull one! Second, you bought from someone who was a Subscribed user, so thanks to this place and a forum allowing people to buy/sell their parts, you got sorted. Third, Im really happy you were pleased at the level of service you got. Fourth, people gave you places to call based on their experiences - what crap people, surely they should have rang up all the places and got the latest prices for you! cos it's 11.40 at night and people have beds to go to and don't think they'd be going out to their garages or gardens to measure anything for anyone. This really is nothing personal, I'll be posting the same to any registered users who have a nice post count ;) I just find it hard to believe that registered people don't see the benefit of a place like this but happily post 100's of times. Maybe next time you're stuck for advice and in a pickle you might think. Night anyone who's still awake (Ruishy1 too) :) Vijay
  4. I can't help but laugh at your attitude. I'm so glad there are so many of us that don't see this place as you do. Nothing remarkable? This place is the best 20 quid you'll ever spend when owning a Z and it's not only about Z ownership, members are only too happy to help each other out when/if they can!!!
  5. well done you for trying to be part of a Z community. And when people like Smithy give their opinions on making stuff for a Z, I can assure you they know what they're talking about and are trying to give the best and most cost effective advice for an average Z owner. So let me ask you, who do you expect to keep this place going and an up to date sight? Just makes me laugh that you feel you get nothing useful but still come back for advice.
  6. So you're happy to keep posting even though you're not happy with what you get. All good as long as you don't have to pay anything? So when someone tells you where to go get parts, that's not trying to help you and save you money??? I pay my subs so can post on any thread I like.
  7. think some have used this place ;) http://www.plastidip.co.uk/index2.cfm?page=home&
  8. So out of 240 posts you've got no help? Why do you keep coming back then if this place ain't worth it?? Glad we're all paying out 20 quids for the pleasure of you coming back!
  9. Didn't know him at all but very sad to lose a fellow Z enthusiast. My deepest sympathies to his family. Vijay
  10. Whitey.1984, what do you do? My GSD is from a rescue home (she was 10 months old), wouldn't bark for the first month and was scared of her own reflection. Took her training and the trainer said she just didn't know how to play or interact. A bit of TLC and she's the dog she was supposed to be, not scared of anything, can play all day long and loves people. Also loves ger food but she does get sirloin steaks, whole roast chickens, ribs, fresh liver and loads of other nice food. She's a godsend at Christmas for the left over turkey! :D lol I just think if people can't look after a dog (or any other animal) then don't have them. They cost money and need attention just like having a child around.
  11. Couldn't dream oh doing that to my dog, she's part of my family! I've gone without food years ago when it was a choice between dog food and my dinner - my dog got fed!
  12. Hi, Be nice to subscribe with that money, helps keep this place going ;)
  13. This really makes my blood boil!! Can never understand why or how someone could do this to an animal. At what point do you look at it and not think to yourself I'm wrong for doing this and get some help? http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-1104209/Cruel-dog-owner-starved-German-Shepherd-Hobo-point-death-banned-owning-pets-25-years.html Glad he's with a loving family now but the sick ex owner gets a ban - great! She should get some sort on punishment that would actually hurt her!!!! Rant over - just!
  14. Here ya go :) http://www.ttzd.com/tech/lines/lines.html
  15. Sharpy, I mean this in a very nice way but maybe an idea to subscribe to this place to help keep it going ;) Vijay
  16. lol and if you were to say that to my New Years Day I would have agreed!!! :D but will be out again tonight cos I'll never learn ;)
  17. It's been on ITV2 recently (last week) and bound to be again ;)
  18. Nope, it was the 1 and only time time it ever moved higher than the middle
  19. That only gives me 6 weeks :( I honestly don't think mine will be all back together but I will try ;)
  20. Yep mine done the same and was the water pump which leaked only when it got up to temp. Stock needles are quite scary cos I was shocked too how quicly they go from normal to max in a matter of seconds :(
  21. My lovely Kassy :)
  22. Finally found my copy of it but can't for the life of me work out how to install it :( Any ideas? Cheers Vijay
  23. Mine did exactly the same and it was a dirty CAS connector.
