Boost Leak Detectors?
Hello Dave, Have a look here - http://home.swipnet.se/e-solutions/IdleTech.html could it be leaking from the gasket between the IAA unit and the plenum? (this gasket - http://www.courtesyparts.com/Merchant2/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=CP&Product_Code=23781-Z3200 ) if it is the p/n is 23785N Congratulations on your first find ;) Vijay

Warning Ebay White Glow Dials
Jap or UK spec were no problem, he has the template for both. IIRC the price was £110 plus a fiver shipping but I'll have to check with him if we have enough interest. I tried for years to get someone to make these with 180 mph clocks, finally found this guy in the US :) Vijay

I might be able to do another GB on correct ones (180mph) if there's enough interest. They were the 6 colour indiglo ones with silver faces. Vijay

Still running funny
yep, get a can of contact cleaner and give every connector in the engine bay a good clean up. Make sure you clean the throttle bodies first as the crap will go down into the IACV valve. It might take a couple of turns to start afterwards :) Vijay

My first problem
near the battery, behind the plenum is a black pipe which is a 90 degree bend, Remove the nearest end (the other end goes to the idle valve) and spray carb cleaner down it. Vijay

Petrol Lines
It might be worth contacting Smithy in the traders section. He can supply braided hoses with all the nice/right ends to replace your engine bay fuel lines - good price too ;) Vijay
-
My first problem
It might be worth cleaning the thottle bodies out and spray down the IACV valve with carb cleaner too. Vijay
