  2. I was only hoovering the car. I totally forgot about the matrx :(
  3. Just celaning the car and found the the drivers footwell carpet soaked. I lifted the carpet to find I could squeeze the water out. It's deffo not the T bar drains as the water flows freely through there and out the bottom. So 2 questions: 1. Has anyone else had this problem? 2. does the carpet continue under the stereo surround (so the 2 footwells are connected) or does it seperate in the middle? Cheers Vijay
  4. Start the car when cold and get your nose under the bonnet, you'll be able to sniff it down. Vijay

  17. Before I possibly waste £60 odd quid on a new remote fob, is there anyway of testing my old one for signal strength? At times I can stand there for 5 mins trying to get the alarm to arm/dissarm and at other times it will work straight away. I just would like to know if it's the fob or alarm itself. Cheers Vijay
  18. indeed it can Clarkey, that was the exact symptoms I had about 2 years ago and it turn out part of the housing was threaded allowing the starter motor to work loose. Vijay

Hello mate, I'm pretty sure they were changed on the service my mechanic did. What did Donald say? Vijay
  23. are you positive it isn't a coilpack? I had exactly the same problem and it was the coilpack underneath the balance bar. It was only a mm or so off but when the engine reved, it would cause the problem. Vijay
  24. cheers guys. Probably a stupid question but will Palm software run on a PDA? Vijay
  25. OK, am I right in saying that an XDA is basically a PDA with a phone? Vijay
