its not you need plenty of grunt to pull it off....i used to be quite good at it in my old sapph 4x4 but it propers ****s the rear diff up

what i would do is to document everything you and the plod have done.....and make sure in your plea of mitigation which you send to the court that at all times you have complied with and tried to pay this all along and havent contested it and in no way wanted to waste the courts time....make sure you send this special delivery so you have proof of doing so and in doing so you should only receive what you were originally going to receive and not have to pay court costs or extra due to plod cocking up and not you....you have already admitted guilt and now trying to get out on a technical point will only cost you ......twice i have done this once on appeal and once on sentencing and on both occasions it was instrumental in me being dealt with most leaniently
