A massive big thanks to automozds Mark derby. yesterday i drove my car 150 miles from Marks place in nottingham to norwich and quiet frankly i could have drove it from scotland to home because i was enjoying myself so much. by the time i got home a had a perminant smile on my face from ear to ear. the car somwhow feels lighter and crisper is an under statment. even with the ebc of the car pulls like a express train. she keeps on going tell i run out of road. that must be one of the best mods you could possibly do to a zed, and i dont even need to turn on the ebc, seriously. you dont need to crank up the boost. the rear end did kick out on the way home as im getting more confident with it, because it was chucking it down all the way home on and of. when the rear did come loose it was more controlable by miles, comming out of junctions given it some, the car didnt feel like it was going to spin one way and snatch. you get to feel whats going on and steer acordanly to put right or play. felt safe going sidways up the road. were as beforethe car felt to unpredictable. on overtaking rather than timming a secound before putting your foot down and having a delayed reaction whilst the boost came in. now you put your foot down and you gone. the fist time i went to overtake i nearly ramed the car in front wasnt exspecting to car to go go. its like a supercharger not a turbo charger. whislt my car was there i also had all the bearings done on the bottom end of the engine. no real reason but apart from peace of mind on a motor that has done 88k , whilst there it was compleatly underseald as well, alone with some other jobs that i had done. What i had done? he has not only deleated the hicas but compleatly removed all that gunph and replaced the whole rear end with a N.A rear end, compleatly replacing the lot. well done mark my cars feels like a compleatly new toy. and i have to say also thanks to your chap that works for you as well. well done chaps. with that result you have just guaranteed of of my future work that i need doing. top bloke, top job.

If you go into a proper paint shop they will tell you that in any given year of say 1989 they will tell you that there is four different shades of just that year.let alone the rest so first.dont go to halfords . Secondly use a credited paint supplier in your area anyone in the car trade will point you in the right direction. Go in armed with car year model make and paint code. The other thing to consider is by the time u buy some single pack paint compound wet and dry tap ect ect ect and also point out there will be issues later for the painter if you use single pack paint. Be warned. If not finished id rather turn up at a show with somthing in primmer than o dogy paint that going to cost you later. And on that point bu the time you buy all the stuff you need .it will deff work out cheaper to get it done pro. That said try. Express radiators... morelli...in your local ragg for paint supply. Yer to get them vulcanised cost well over 100 quid to get the chromed . But do stand the test of time. Mine were done back when alot of us had them done ss a group.must of been 2009 maybe.but yes they do look nice.but is it the light or does the angle eyes look like a diff brightness to the strip? Yes but i was also askin if the safety whent on for a reason when would it go off again or reset. Ie if you had a intermitant fault once the fault had cleared would the safety come of or do you have to reset or will it do that after a twenty min shut diwn. Or does the battery need diconecting .or? Cheers

If your temp sensor is dogdey enough to temp make your car run lumpy for a miute whilst just warming up. Then would this be enough to put your car into safety mode . And if yes then when would safety go of ? When you next turned your car off for a while. And if you car went into safety mode how would you know apart from a slower car? Just woundered.

I never had a black spoiler/tailgate, just the front inercooler entrance and bonnet. And though i did like. But not as nice as the orange bonnet to match . That i have now. And the other reason for doing this is because i new i wasnt going to keep her forever. So i made my mind up to make her more desirable to the masses.but you on the other hand.because you are not selling, so i think should go with the mustash. Or at least put up a vote.just out of intrest.
