iam in the very same boat as you mate!!! bought the car last year drove for about 1k miles and on aug 2004 engine started to make a tapping noise, by this time i had spent 1k on mods but thats when it all went down hill :bow: i had a chat with ryan at ztech as he had already fitted my new ecu and we came up with a engine rebuild at a very cheap price. then came all the extras while the engine was in bits more ££££££ so xmas it came back from ryans on a trailer and stright into the body shop where its been worked on since :( since the car has been of the road for so long i just keep spending i live on e-bay and this site for anything to bolt onto my car :dance: the car now stands me at about 18k when it comes back from the bodyshop s**t did i say 18k god i hope the wife dosent see this post :rofl: as i keep telling her iam skint and cant afford a hoilday this year :smash: and now iam sorting out the ice sytem for the car witch has just cost me 1k for some alpine tv/dvd last night it will be all worth it in the end. thank god my buisness is next door to the bodyshop so i pop in every day to see my beast and keep changing the mods. in total ive only driven my car for 3 months since ive owned it. only 1-2 weeks left now to get her home :dance: start the marble paint job at the weekend cant wait. :bow:

so can i still remove this box ???? i have got cats on but they are soon to come of when i get a decat. the box is hitting my new boarder wing on the vent so wont fit. what does this box do??? is it just for air ?? as there is a hole at the top open is that for sucking in air. bottom line is i need this box gone!!!! any ideas can it be removed, can i put it else where if i remove the box and just leave the bottom pipe there will that be ok ??? if anyone can help if after 12pm can anyone ring me on my mobile as iam going down the bodyshop to sort this out so need help today!!! and i wont see your post till i get home cheers lads!!! jack 07879689696

i need some help can someone tell me what this black plastic box is for? its got a pipe going into it at the botom from the engine bay and theres a hole at the top that goes nowhere. can i remove this???? what does it do. its on the pasanger side behind the wing.

its got to be leather tweed looks so old and dated. in any new car now over £15+ you get leather now looks more classy
