Have you thought of having it etched primed first,its a coating that gets into the surface of the metal helping to protect from rust. You'd need a strip car as im sure it has to be baked ! I had a Triumph Gt6 done like this,it lasted 24yrs before showing signs of rust.

Hi Chris,im a new member,i have an optimate 3 trickle charger which i use on my motorbike,have used it on cars before.You can leave it charging as long as you want as its only a trickle. It also has a led that lets you know if battery is os.

Sorry to change subject slighty, had coolant water leaking into passenger footwell. Coming from air duct.I assume heater matrix. I have the dash out and the cross bar but still cant see how it comes out,havent drained system yet but know i have to. Can someone help please,or even better come help me,live in Chelmsford.

Could someone give advise,had a slow leak of coolant water running down passenger side of tunnel inside car,from vent.Assume heater matrix is leaking.Got most of center dash out but looks well buried,how much of dash has to be reomved or is it job for garage ?

mine sucks,is there not a return to the tank from high pressure rails,excess fuel that is not used.

Andy,hi im Nick,new here,just purchased a 300zx 2+2 tt manual. As you say different maps suit defferent engines,so would it be the case that a super chip may be suitable for the 300zx lump.
