i used to take stuff by Weider ( http://www.weider.com ) when i was a younger lad. Stuff like progain is ok as long as you do the exercise along with it. whether you work on just the arm or the whole body is up to you.

WAHEY! FINALLY got it yesterday morning! :bow: :bow: went straight round my mate's and spent 12 hours almost non-stop playing it :wack: There's just so much to do in GT4 - the photo modes, B-spec (sh!te), loads of different tracks and events, second-hand cars, track-day meetings ( ;) ) we just didnt know where to start. WELL worth the wait (and all the delays!) Now WHAT am i going to do for the rest of my holidays?...

Bird, take Steve's advice. conversions ain't cheap (speaking from experience) it'd be much better to bite your lip and be patient and wait for a decent manual to appear - it WILL come along soon! You can spend the money you save uprating the clutch :cool:

my mate's just bought himself a branding spanking new silver clio sport (after trading in a VTS). nippy, engine bay is tidy (but boring - most stuff is under the cover), interior is ok - bit sporty, exterior is... ok... Renault obviously saved the best bits for the V6 IMO. nice car tho.

i pre-ordered mine from Play.com (back in October - I ended up forgetting who I'd pre-ordered it from! :wack: ). My status on there tells me there are no outstanding orders, but the e-mail says allow 3-5 days delivery. Hopefully that's just a cautious guess and it'll be here tomorrow ;) or at least Wednesday when im taking a crate of bud round to a mate's, taking the phone off the hook and playing this game till our thumbs fall off (GT4 that is :x: )

mines been converted for a month and no problems yet. i'm sure there are members on here who have had theirs converted for far longer. seems like an original manual, but then again ive never driven a manual Z!
