hiya mate. AFAIK 1.2mm jets would only boost as high as 12psi anyway. my 1.0mm give me around 15psi. the trouble with jets is that they are inconsistent (as opposed to an electronic controller) - and with jets you can get boost spikes which momentarily take the boost higher than what the jets were designed to give you. also, cold weather would make your car run better cos of the colder intake. it's a good idea to get yourself an aftermarket boost gauge if youre thinking of running higher boost - i used to spike at around 18/19psi :eek: which could easily mean goodbye tubbies!

very low price but there do appear to be a few bad points - cold start problem, clutch pedal, damage to door etc. if these are the only problems then i guess its a good price for a project car.

lol - looks like someone had a couple of black Zs to break and two desperate people said "I'll have the front bumper but I cant afford to spray them yet!" ...sounds a bit like me at the moment!

depends which make of BOV mate. some replace the recircs that sit just ahead and to each side of the radiator. some are fitted onto the hard pipes under the bonnet. The ApexI one commonly replaces the recircs. I think all the others are hard-pipe.

its true buddy. Ya5een was offering his for £400 and AFAIK there were no takers - even tho that was a good price. I was forced to go with a conversion as my autobox busted, and that set me back a good £1500 (roughly the same price as a custom-built solid auto) - both inc. fitting of course.
