jeez hope its ok mate :( anti-inflamms are usually quite good - i had real bad neck cramp from sitting on a forklift truck and craning my neck for hours. whenever i moved my head it felt like someone was pushing an icicle down my spine. anti-inflamms sorted it out over the course of a few days. hope you get it sorted mate.

Feck it feck it feck it. Managed to modify my bumper and front axle yesterday on the inner kerb of a roundabout :cry: :cry: Was rushing to get to a meeting and approaching a roundabout ive taken many times before. left-hand lane has a lovely camber to it which guides you onto the roundabout. took the right-hand lane to pass some dozy fart waiting at an empty roundabout and learned (a little to late) that there was no camber there at all, just gravel and a fookin great kerb in front of me (me new brake pads still hadnt bedded in yet even after Ferrybridge) :headvswal CRUNCH! managed to slide her almost side-on, trying to avoid a belly-removing head-on, the front offside wheel took all the weight of the car and the bumper had a nasty scrape to it. not sure about alloy but tyre began to shred on the arch, axle/sus/shocks all probably fooked, front offside indicator not working :confused: Gave Mickey a bell and he and his dad were there in an hour with the trailer :bow: :bow: i just hope he can make some sense of it - its in safe hands tho. While I was waiting for Mickey a copper turns up, says "roundabout was it?", i said yes, he plonks some cones down for me and boogers off! proabably for the best tho as i was expecting to be breathalysed and make a statement and all sorts of bother. i still cant believe i was so stupid as to misjudge a roundabout i know well (albeit never used the other lane before). i had to stand there with my car while a GTO passed, two buses full of oggling fools, an RX-7, a scoob. bet they all loved it the buggers. (the trim in the picture is from another poor victim :rolleyes: )

Agree with you there Rich. Also, take B6047 (from A47) to Halstead, then the road from there all the way to Braunstone (Rutland) is brand new and resurfaced - GORGEOUS drive. just dont get caught out on the blind corners.

i have the DSBC-R but didnt get any instructions with it. there's a really good guide (although in the example its fitted to a GTO) on t'internet somewhere but sorry ive lost the link :( there are four boost settings you can switch between (the 1, 2, 3 and 4 in the top-left corner). you set the 'ratio' you want for each of the 4 settings (like channels on a TV) - probably best to have a low ratio (like 35) on '1' (icy road/hot weather) up to a high ratio (like 60) on '4' (for RR/cold weather/competition). this ratio will determine the max PSI you run on each channel. set your WARN (when the screen goes red) to what your warning level is. mine is 1.00 (one bar) for stock tubs etc. you'll be able to go a fair bit higher with the fancy kit youve got :bow: the GAIN determines how fast the boost builds up and can lead to OVERBOOST (ie building up too fast and going over your preferred max [ratio]). SCRAMBLE i leave at 0 (this is how much the boost is allowed to quickly pick up again should your boost be cut down should it hit the limiter!) i still havent fully played with mine yet, but the settings i use are ratio:42 (day to day driving), scramble:0, warn:1.00 (nice and safe) and gain:12. these settings are pretty safe for standard interns. hope this helps.

its something to do with them being MP4s not MP3s :rant: i had this same problem with the Bruntingthorpe vids :( i think you might need to download something to enable you to view MP4s. hang on while i play around with it (its not even working for me :confused: ).
