blimey he reckoned it was buy it now for £70 thats dead cheap for one of these. im sure Dave's post above has answered everything, but i'll just say it was dead easy just to wire into the rear numberplate light. just make sure you attach the inverter box somewhere safe and secure so it doesnt go bouncing around.

i agree, the report says that the tow truck was correctly equipped to carry 6 people. just goes to show that accidents will always happen, no matter how much health & safety meddle with our everyday lives. again, my thoughts go out to the families of those who were lost in the crash :(
