  3. Didnt know that, cheers Scoops. Depending on dates etc would anybody be interested in meeting at the Ring?
  4. I wouldnt have thought i would need plugs, leads and a replacement coil. i know the cars are going to get ragged around the track, but 1 of them is a mini one and the other 2 are 1.2 micras  were just using the idea of a long road trip, and a lap or 2 or the ring sounded like a good plan. tea bags - Good idea, will include in the mini fridge full of beer! Tools i was planning on taking i just forgot to put them on the list. Coolent:s i dont want to have to be draining the whole coolent system on trolly jacks in the middle of a car park, if i get an air bubble in :nono: Am having second thoughts about the radar detector now il look that up Iv had a look on the RAC site and covered most things on there Wiper blades we will replace before we leave. Would anybody else be interested in meeting at the ring or having a huge convoy down there? I could probably carry tools etc within reason in the Navara pickup. Dan.
  5. Hey guys, Me and a few mates are planning a trip through France, Belgium and then through germany to the Nurburg ring for a few days. Im hoepfully going to be in a pickup to be able to take spare parts like tires, brake pads and oil for after the cars have been thrashed round the ring. iv had a read on the RAC site to see what we will need to take with us when driving through Europe, but have any of you lot got any ideas on what we should be taking? So far iv got: Spare tires on steel rims brake pads oil sump bung, engine flush and oil filter fire extinguisher warning triangle trolly jack X2 insurance documents driving liscense passport GB sticker or plates with stars on foreign currency road maps maybe Sat nav with europe disk radar detector camping card tell insurers and find out about breakdown assistance abroad air pump for tires and other things :wack: Windscreen washer Beer - essential Porn mags jonnies Anything else we would need?
  6. Its Snowing here in Crosby! :hyper: :hyper: :hyper: :nana2: :nana2: :nana2: Anydoby else got snow? It hasnt been round here since March.
  7. I didnt mean it like that, but the way my mate was seeing it he was comparing the Z to the likes of a testarossa which his father used to own and a 360spider which his uncle owns, when you compare the prices of those to the Z which ok in daves case could easily be 20k then it is a hell of alot of car for the money and even my friend admitted this. I couldnt quite understand if you were slating me or not then MAC but i love the Zed (why else would i be on here) and even my stuck up friend who hates anything Japanese agreed eventually that it was a nice car which for him is quite an achievement. perhaps il understand this thread more when im not hungover
  8. Il vouch for that too, i was with a Friend who hates anything without a ferrari or BMW badge and even he admitted after several minutes or arguing that for the money its a great looking car :mac1:
  9. I parked next to you outside the prince of wales hotel in southport on thursday, hope you dont mind i had a good look around your Zed, tis a luvely example pal, keep it that way. Disclaimer: I have beeen the pub tonight bu ti can still typoe! Dan.
  10. Im only 17 so have quite a few years to catch all you oldies:D up but my worst 1 so far was: 2shots of blue aftershock, 2 shots of red aftershock, 2 shots of vodka, then topped up with a bottle of smirnoff ice 2 pints of this and my memory was wiped for 3 hours, but i did get aquanted with the tiolet floor in the bar for about 2 and a half hours. :S Never agen!
  11. I would but as i dont have a ZED i dont see the point. Im only 17 and come on here cos you guys have a laff a lot of the time and i enjoy reading it all.lol Also chav cruising forums are full of twats!

  13. Check this thread out, i havnt laughed this much in ages! http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=673824&page=1&pp=25
  14. A car can kill people unexpectedly, if you hit a patch of black ice for example. As is already said life is full of risks, it does not mean we have to ban everything that is of a threat to us just because we could end up hurt or dead. My auntie has a german sheppard, it is the most tame dog i have every met, really friendly and would probably lick me to death, but i pity the burgalar that tries to break in, as this thing is 6 foot when it stands up on its back legs. If a dog has been trained well then nobody should worry unless the dog is provoked. Its like a huge boxer, they could be the nicest bloke in the world untill you provoke them, then its game over. 2pennies worth:D
  15. Iv just got a 42inch Panasonic plasma and i must say the picture i find is far better than my 3 year old Sony CRT flatron. When you get up close to the plasma yes the picture does look pixelated but once your 5 or 6 foot away from it the pictures superb.

  20. Spotetd you parked not too far away from Southport tain station, georgeous Z with a high level spoiler and im sure i saw some 99spec lights on it. Must have been between 11 and half past. Anyone on here?
  21. You were parked outside P&A audio shop in Crosby about 12:15 this afternoon, black inport with what looked to be a 99spec spoiler and aftermarket wheels. Nice looking motor, got a few piccys on me fone, hope ya dont mind  Anyone on here? Cheers Dan.
  22. Racer X:D You are a respectable tuner. You probably subscribe to one or more tuner magazines and know, quite a bit about your car and/or racing in general. Either that or you play a shitload of GT3. At any rate, you recognize the difference between a wastegate and a blow-off valve. In time, and with practice, you may attain "Racer X" status since it is supposed that you are relatively new to tuning and still have much to learn. Keep, working, and thank the maker that you're not a ricer.
  23. GTI-R: typo and cant edit!
  24. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO, who would ruin a GTI-T like that:(
  25. We in the UK had the 200zx as a 2litre turbo, whilst the yanks got a 240sx with a 2.4litre naturally aspirated motor. Apart from that their basically the same car excluding all the differences between UK and USA cars. If that makes any sense lol
