as you are aware the club annual event is on at JAE 11th-13th. sept (see national events section for full details) i am hoping to go but cant quite committ yet the best plan is 8.05 Irish ferry from dublin port arriving at venue early afternoon return 2.40am ferry from holyhead mon morning arriving back in dublin 5.55am price for car and 1 adult at the moment about 190euro anyone interested in making the trip? i was at JAE last year at a different venue and it was a great weekend, have a think about it and we can talk about it at the meet on the 28th.

wow 2nd in the year:hyper: 2 weeks ago i drove about 500 miles over 3 days in the z, then about 10 miles from home on a 3 lane road i see a z behind me in the middle lane hanging back, i then had to go left as i was at my exit slowed down and he had to come up to overtake me when we are level i am looking over ready to give a big wave but he just kept looking ahead, dark green 1. for the last 9 months i have been driving 1000kms a week all over irl with work and i have seen 1 300.

well over here they dont seem to rate at all:( last night i seen a meet advertised on an irish site for "nissans finest cars" attending will be soc, sxoc, gtir, and suprise the almera club:x:

feck no computer all weekend, and i was in cavan at the weekend no real plans but cheerz for the invite anyway:D

my son has an r32gtr running at about 530bhp @ 1.3bar (dyno proven) it is capable of more if he turned up the boost, but he feels this is good for everyday use. i personally would not like his clutch for everyday use. i know somebody else with an r33gtr running about 630bhp @ 1.8bar also as an everyday car but he has had quite a lot of turbo problems.

SUNDAY 14TH JUNE........ classic and vintage car show at MONDELLO PK. naas. the z club are taking a stand as its for 1979 and pre 79 cars only, i will probably pop along for a look. SATURDAY 27TH JUNE..........classic and vintage car show in ballymena, co antrim, the z club are taking a stand, again its pre 1979, i will be going to this as andrew (zclub) member has asked me if i will drive 1 of his datsuns to the show:hyper: SUNDAY 28TH JUNE......300zx.co.uk meet, hope castle, castleblaney, co. monaghan, i am hoping to get some of the older zs there too. SUNDAY 5TH JULY...... terenure classic show, terenure college, dublin, i am waiting to hear back about a club stand.

all the more reason to "get your z out for the a meet" how is work progressing dave? btw i was talking to chewie last week he was up in dublin for a few hours wed. but i was in birmingham, i paid a visit to zworld in the afternoon you would have loved the place and jeff and his wife linda and son jamie were so nice and welcoming we even had coffee and cream cakes. and seen about 12 zs

i was hoping that the older z cars would join us for this however they are attending a classic car show on SAT. 27TH JUNE @ THE BALLYMENA SHOWGROUNDS the venue i had in mind was HOPE CASTLE, CASTLEBLANEY CO. MONAGHAN. for sun 28th. the datsuns may or may not join us. another thing i was thinking of was taking a club stand at the TERENURE CLASSIC SHOW ON SUNDAY 5th. JULY but this is just 1 week later or to bring a club meet forward say late may i am adding a poll for a week or 2
