  7. That what i thought , but now after going out for a drive i just got home done the test again , and guess what no more code 34??? only code 55 confusing but true lol and im happy again :dance:
  8. that another job to do , thing is it looks like the resistor mod has been done , but looks to me like its a 10k resistor not a 1k. i dont no if that would make a difference though?
  9. ALL FIXED!!! thanks ferrrrrrrrrrrk lol it was earthing out plus all the wires to the cas was buggered to so rewired and hey presto job down good night lol now all i gotta do is sort the det sensor lol
  10. everything as how it should be , but soon as u push on the centre of the cas or do up the bolts is runs crap
  11. something new soon as i push on the black logo in the centre of the cas car revs drop and runs shite ? does this mean bad earth , please help
  12. strange 1 this after checking everything cleaning sensor i still had a running problem , and now ive found it timing was out and as soon as i undone the bolts hold the cas in place it was sweet as a nut soon as i done them up problem started again , please please anyone have any idea's on whats wrong or how to solve it , i'll be forever in there det :(

  14. Right guys ive found the problem its none of the above its to do with the cas just went to check the timing and was out so set it to the 15 deg btdc but when you tighten the bols up the car cuts out??? any idea's or should i start a new thread
  15. right just took it up the road and tested it again its cam up with codes 34 det sensor circuit

  17. lol ok got it working lol told ya i was being blonde i forgot to take the jump wire out lol its giving me 5 slow flashes and 5 fast flashes
  18. Nope theres nothing there :( Right i put the jumper wire into the connection plug and the only thing that happenes is the engine check light goes out, waited for 3seconds or more and nothing no flash from the engine light or anything :(
  19. right now im stuck , there's no screw to turn near the led and i cant get it to work with the jumper wire , ffs :headvswal
  20. i cant at the moment Tommy im not at home , no cam here , also in big bold letters is UJ , does anyone have a link on how to do this test from start to finish lol im a bit blonde i think today

  22. just looked theres no screw there at all :O been looking on jim wolfs ecu identification list with the serial numbers of the ecu .. mine isnt there A18-A98 MD7
