  1. oops it wasnt what ive been looking at then lol. what i was looking at was square with lots of pipes coming out of it , 1 at the top left of the drivers side and the other infront of the battery mounted to the wing ?

Hi all, ive been having issues with low boost with no fault code on ecu ( been check after driving without ignition being fully turned off so ecu cant reset its self) i believe iit mite be the boost control solenoids but im not sure what they look like or where they are, any help would be great, Thanks wayne

  4. also if there silicone hoses warm the car up then tighten up the clamps as the silicone is softer when warm and the clamps tighten up just a little more making a better seal

  6. your not on ya own, ive had my fare share of paranormal experiences, like seeing my great great nan standing at the bottom of my bed , even though at the time i didnt no who she was , until i told my nan what she looked like ... it was my granmothers nan! people will laugh! but if they've never experienced something like this they you cant blame them

  12. i did the code check again the way you said and still get code 55, so i unplugged the sensor went up the road and it only went to 5 psi that time plugged it back in and got 7, so i had a look at the boost soleniods and theres power getting to them i unplugged them and still only 7 psi, do you think the boost soleniods or shafted?
  13. well i just went out in mine and it got to halfway up the gauge in 3minutes , and my heaters work soon as i switch them on
  14. my heater comes on soon as i press the fan button or auto i think isnt that normal ? obviously it dont blow warm right away though,

  16. if i find it is the det sensor,when i fit the resistor do i need to reset the ecu after wards ?
  17. not a clue snowy mines a uk spec with -14 to 14+ psi ,mine goes upto the mark before the 14+
  18. G10 polishing compound will do it ;)

  20. umm soon as i get the chance i'll see if the boost soleniods are working or plugged in,are there 2 soleniods 1 each side? im in the middle of making a boost leak detector so i'll check the 2
  21. well mine seems to take about the same time , i was suprised by how fast they warm up
