what do u mean before the heater comes on? or do you mean before warm air come out?

Hi guys , just wondering how long it takes your ZX to warm up ,to the half way mark on the gauge? ive only gotta drive mine a mile before its on the halfway mark so im wondering if i have a bad temp sensor, maybe thats why im getting saftey boost :rolleyes:

lol yeah sorry that true im suprised im even awake , i was fist as a part doing the boost gauge lol

its between the pleniums down the back off the engine , its a engine out job to change , or just bypassthe sensor with a 1meg resistor like im gonna try on mine

when i was at school it was all footie , but got banned from playing cuz i used to get sent off too much , so ten i switched to rugby and the bloody same thing happened lol, :D

Hi all, i fitted a autometer boost gauge last night and found im only geting 7psi of boost, from the searches ive done most people say this is safteyboost! now i know the knock sensor can put you in this mode but ive check the ecu fault codes and only get code 55,but when i first got the car i was getting the code for knock sensor but after sorting some other issues i dont get that code anymore, so is their anything else i should check or anyone no what else can cause saftey boost, Cheers guys , wayne
