Flaps around :x: Do you mean sqeekin and shaking a little. You can adjust the gap by the bracket connected to the tailgate. Easy. When i bought mine it was squeekin like a mad un :mad:

Buddy, im sure i had this problem when i fitted my turbo timer. I had to cut a wire to the switch (solinoid) behind the ignition barrel itself. Bugger can i remember which wire it is. I just remember it was quite easy to spot. I will try and find it.

When you took them apart you would have found a tablet in each one coverd in sponge. They took the moisture out. What i have done in the past is take the rubber boot off the back of the light then used the light as normal for a day. The heat inside the light forces the moisture out. It works for me. P.S then put the boot back on when warm.

Buddy, alot of the time i just get my tipex and mark different points on the pullies. Aslong as you dont move things around you can do any belt very easy. I know.............bad practice LOL

My exhaust has started blowing from the small box after the cats. Is this time for a stainless or can you buy that part by itself? Just wondering as i have to butter up the wife LOL.

Well, its been confirmed. Im defo off to Afganistan on the 17th March :headvswal . Mixed feelings really. I want to go for the experiance but dont want to leave my comfort zone :cry: but thats what ive joined for LOL :x: I should be on leave in UK from the 6th March :dance:

Matey, just had a look and the first dial says that you get 7bsp pipe and 7 ft of temp wire. I would go for electrical myself. Less hassle!

Well, there it was. On orders Friday just gone that im off to Afganistan. Will be in theater for 7th April. No fooking JAE, no fooking Nurberg. no nothing :headvswal Will be back in September :dance: Thats the Army for you LOL :(
