Ok, where do i start LOL A month or so ago i came back to the zed to find it started. I reversed out of the garage, went inside and found it had stopped. Not knowing how it stopped i pushed it back in the garge and went to work. After work i removed fuel cap (lots of pressure) then the fuel pipe from the main inlet after the filter. Cranked for fuel to find fuel in the jug. I then went back to the filter (one that i changed last year) and emptied it out to see if there was any debris. Nothing. put back together. Cranked and then engine kicked in. spluttering due to fuel coming through. Now, i have been driving for weeks. Been to two car meets over the weekend, one being in London. No problems. then boom. Same again. This time the car stopped when i was in it. Jumped out, opened fuel cap. No pressure. Removed fuel pipe ,cranked and nothing. Returned after work, cranked into a jug and half filled the jug. reconnected and nothing. Removed pipe tried again and quarter filled the jug. seemed weak.Tried two different relays. Same result. Just seems to loose pressure. Could it be the FPCU? im going to bypass tomorrow to see if the pressure maintains. Sorry for the long winded thread.

I went in my zed. Was the only zed there LOL

Just a quick question. My front badge is looking a little tired. Just looked on Z centre and noticed the differnt colours. Was there a reason for the red and gold instead of the normal one? Just wondering?

Went out for a blast to Portsmouth today. Got back to Basingstoke to meet another white zed at the lights on the ring road. You on here??

Sorted my blower problem. Found connection to fan itself. Put fuse back in at the footwell location. Checked voltage at the fan connection to find 12 plus volt so looking at fan being at fault. Took fan out and bench tested on a 12v battery. started spinning..... put back onto connection and all well. Think it had just got lazy after a yr sitting about. With the 12v direct it surged the fan to work. Happy days!!

Hi all, just trying to resolve a blower problem i have. I have no aircon as i removed it. The interior blower was working fine when i gave it across to the workshop. One yr on and now its not working. The control modual is working as i can hear it. Just no fan. I found there was a 15 amp fuse removed in the footwell (not by me). I just replaced that and it blew on activation. Just wondering where the relays are. Has anyone experianced this? Cheers

only thing i find with them is their stock limits sometimes. Excellent stuff though. And the car looks mint!!!

Story. Had a few issues with the bodywork on the sills(jimmer spotted them the other yr) so had them done. Bodyshop nightmare. He moved shop etc and was really slow.......one yr later.......went in for MOT and failed on various things. They did the jobs and eventually i have the zed outside😀 The question im asking before i start ripping stuff out lol is my interior de mister is not working now. It was before. When activating the buttons on the bezzel i can here the activation of things but just no fan. I did have a fusebox translation in my car but the garage has decided to misplace it 😡. Thanks Johnnnno
