  1. niiiiiiiiiiiiiice. feel very inadequate right now......
  2. nope not yet.... wanna fit my turbos first then work on all the other bits.
  3. more effective to have water jets sprayed at them instead, Which is already used on a few cars.
  4. you gota keep them lubricated.
  5. Those rears wont fit unless you undertake some serious arch mods and some -camber... or you could run a very stretched tyre but it wont look good unless its nicley tucked underneath. my rears are now 9.5 et20 and the wheel sticks out a touch but the tyre tucks in because its slightly stretched. here look why dont you buy the rota gtr's in a 8.5 et25 and a 9.5 et 30 they are available on driftworks here: http://www.driftworks.com/catalog/products/rota-gtr-18-wheels.html
  6. This is great i wanna listen to it again.
  7. How long have linglongs been around for? id guess yours were built in 1930. these were mainly for military use and wheel barrows in the 1st world war.......
  8. I never laugh at people trying to be different, Very boring sticking to the norm i say. Im always willing to try new things. Im really excited to see this one day maybe.
  9. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=3 feels wierd when you find a thread this old makes you wonder how far back this forum goes. p.s whats this thread from 1970 all about? didnt think the net was invented back then??? http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=3&order=desc&page=394
  10. so the bov releases air out the left exhaust?
  11. just thinking of something, what if someone ran another massive turbo in this fashion on their already twin turbo setup? first triple turbos system? :D would it work?
  12. LLLMMMAAAOOO hahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa yassa got it in one but you didnt want the thread to end so quickly hahahaha so you stalled us all :D
  13. u never know :D i wonder what it sounds like, must sound awesome.
  14. sooo many advantages of having a turbo fitted like this. No excess heat in engine bay, easy removal and replacemant. did you have to plum in another oil pump and reservoir? is it water cooled? not very clear in the pics. i have so many questions.
  15. sorry, think he meant sweet potato and coconut soup, they do look similar in colour.
  16. wow thats different  So when does it spool up? what was done to the engine ie compression and flow? can we have more pics please :D maybe of the pipework very impressive this.
  17. yeah you need adjustable camber arms but depending on how low you want to go -camber will increase as you go down so you might not need them although it may be too much.
  18. negative camber improves corner grip as more of the tyres surface meets the road. It can reduce braking grip in a striaght line tho but not by alot, thats why you see most race cars with lots of negative camber.
  19. ^^^Dont forget the offset please :D^^^
  20. mine looks like that when you jack it up but then as you lower it, it tucks in. That should fit with a tiny bit of lowering and maybe a touch of -camber.
  21. very impressive stuff there jaffa. Gives me a few more ideas to steal :D
  22. nice one mate, i just saved all the hassle and bought some lol,top marks for doing it all tho.
