your arches are not fg are they? you can grind down any fg that is touching. anyway from your pics its clear the tyre is touching the erch lug, easy to bend up, job done.

bend the metal arch lugs back up towardss the top of the arch then put the plastic arch lining behind the lugs. I used my jack poll to roll the arches its pretty simple, but defo heat up the paint b4 and and while your doing it, keep twisting the poll till it travels all the way round the arch, use the wheel or tyre as your leverage point so it forces the arch to roll. IT was pretty easy for me to do as the tyre is so close to the arch, be careful not to scratch the lip of the wheels.

pretty much, just burnt to a crisp almost.

You have to go to your local magic shop and purchase a magic wand, there only £5 or so, when you get home you gota infuse the wand with the special arch rolling spell, you then tap each wing five times why saying, "et30 et20 i wanna offset to make girls dirty" Wait 24hrs and your arches will be magically transformed, youl then be able to pull all the dirty ladies you've ever dreamed of.

I think 8 pot calipers like that are just trying to make a statement. 6 pots ok but 8 small pots, come on lol. (look good tho) As long as you have constant feel, good modulation and no fade after long abuse then you have a good brake setup.

na i mean the fg ones will be 2kg a side maybe less, the stock ones are about 10kg a side maybe more.

not sure exactly, weight one then times it by 2, i recon one fg side will weight 2kg? not only will it save weight but it will lower the centre of gravity.
