I think you'll find it is HD but there are many resolutions that make up and class themselves as HD!! Hence the terms 1080i (iNTERLACED) which SKY HD runs at (Max Res) and 1080p pROGRESIVE which is what most blu ray movies will be shown at... There are many HD sets out there that start at the LOWEST resolution of 852 x 480 Most HD tv's on the market you'll find have a Horizontal resolution of 1366 x 768 just to give that little bit of Xtra Definition. Since Sky HD's max output res is 1080 x 720i then as long as you purchase a flat panel TV with 1280 or above you'll be ok!

You'll be ok dude, the problem with the TMF chanel is the logo is in thick bright white lettering and is normally still present when the adverts come on, this is what tends to kill them because it's using the brightest white electro charge gas cell's to make up the logo... We've killed a few in our shop just by leaving them on that channel all day about 11Hours continuous use.. Just keep channel surfing every few hours and you'll be ok!!! :dance:

Goodthing about CRT-HD is the refresh rate, you get no motion blur like you do on an LCD.. CRT-HDTV has been out in Japan for years and as the experts say that a Standard CRT TV is still regarded as the best picture for generall TV watching unless your running an LCD or PLASMA in True High Def... Pro's and cons for LCD vs PLASMA... LCD is generally a sharper clearer image and the best choice for Day to Day T.V watching.. Plasma is better for movies and Video games though as they don't tend to suffer with the refresh rate problems that some LCD's do. Decent Plasmas like the Panasonic's and Pioneers of this world offer deeper blacks and brighter whites.. Always look for one with the highest Contrast ratio eg 5000:1 or even better 10000:1. and a minimum Resolution of 1024 x 768 Draw back of Plasmas is they can suffer from screen burn if an image is on the screen for too long... eg the TMF chanel on SKY / Freeview (Seen so many Plasmas with this logo burnt into them!) HD-DVD vs blu ray HD-DVD Pro's it's available now and offers the best highdef picture quality Cheap to produce the HD-DVD Players Con's Although increased data capacity your still very limited and as a higher percentage rate of going tits like betamax did... bluray pro's Massive storage capacity 50GB on a single dual layer disc, All the major film companys are backing it already and also most of the Big Japanies electronics Companies PS3 gonna have it which means it's gonna be the cheapest bluray player on the market as well as being a games console Ability to load multiple data streams at once and ultra fast loading times due to multiple laser split reading technology. i.e watch two or more porn films simultainiously at once from the same disc! Con's (Expensive in all areas, cost of discs and Players but apparently worth it!) Not out till at least September in this country so likelyhood is PS3 will be the first to feature it. Standard blueray Players are rumoured to start at around £600 when realesed in the UK unitil Matsui or Proline start producing them!!

Well you know what I think!!! It's good shit!!! :bow: Z seems to be getting even better and better as the week has gone on now it has lubed itself all over the the engine, gearbox and transmission components... One big thing i've noticed as well as the power difference is when you used to coast up to a junction in gear or just completely take your foot off the throttle in gear - the car would slow down or loose speed quiet considderably i.e you used to get the feeling of dragg... Now with the Royal Purple Oils in when you coast in gear it feels as if you've taken your car out of gear and are just free wheeling i.e no engine braking!!!! :x: Think I might have to upgrade my brakes now due to the lack of engine braking i've lost!!! :rofl: :D
