  1. YES! Just come back from pub a bit tiddled but count me in!
  2. You we're right Ray, he's got a dead MAF! went to see them today, it is a high pressure hose thats failed at one of the crimping ends on mine so there gonna do me a new one.. I live at the old Police station in Redruth, just past the Rose Cottage, saw you come rumbling down the road out my bedroom window! Shelton's brother Mike is just a few doors down too so a nice little Z community in Redruth and Camborne going on! Another meet soon would be cool!
  3. Hi Ray! Yeah, it's hopefully going on the ramps at Richards today to have a good look underneath as it does look like one of the hoses... They can probably do something with it they said but there are new regulations in place to stop them making there own high pressure hoses now due to the end terminations not being to spec... They did say they'll do something for me though as it's MOT time next week! Still driving her around now i've cut the PAS belt but at a standstill she's heavier than I could imagine! Gonna have arms like Arnie come the end of the week! Hope all is good with you mate and say you drive past my house a few days a go with the Tops off, you had a passenger with you! Cheers Ray ;)
  4. Thanks Paul & David! Wow double quick response saying the same thing at the same time! I'll go cut the belt then for the time being till I can get a new hose sorted out.. I know how much of a bitch it's gonna be to park but needs must! If I does go Paul I'll give you a shout for a spare one! ;)
  5. Went out driving with my brother last night only to park up after doing lots of hard left and hard right steering to get into a parking space to find my Z has dumped a fair bit of fluid on the floor! :( The power steering although still working for a mo is making a horible grindy noise and of course my Hicas Light is on telling me I have no fluid! Whats the best cause of action then guys, done a serach on here and most people suggest it probably a hydraulic pipe thats has split or come loose! I still the Zed as a daily drive so do I cut the power steering belt for the time being to stop the stress or is there something else I could do! Don't know what the worse could happen would be as in if the PAS goes all together do I just get heavy steering or do I end up in a hedge! Please help! Thanks guys! ;)
  6. Yeah lotus used a smaller diamter wheel at the front than the back on there V8 Eprit...

  8. Personally, I'd want one with an Engine! Think how much fun you could have! :D
  9. Hopefully try catch up with you sometime on Sunday Nick! My moby is 07929726493 Jonny
  10. Thanks so much dude, and good find on the Supra Forum, never thought to look there! Just feel a right tit now for looking at it in the first place! I just saw big spec and figures and thought maybe the price had to be a typo or the engine was fooked or something... Had to email the guy but looks like everyone got the same email back! Shame on me for looking a Supra's in the first place! Thanks for saving me from a big mistake everyone! I'll stick to me Z!
  11. Your right Mark, given that standard TT ones are going from £6000+ and a big spec one like this I would expect to be going for at least £10000+ based on ebay prices! Just thought it might of been going cheap cause it's stripped out and not your every day road car! Znut is right too, he don't deserve the sale, I'm not one just to buy on spec although it is bloody tempting!! I won't though, just needed enough of you guys to give me a slap and say "No Jon!" :slap:
  12. Exactly! You can tell by the surrounding buildings and the fact the Jap number plate has been blanked out! What harm would it do in giving my address though as no monies or bank details are being given?
  13. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=270155540553&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=017 Here we go and yes i know it's a poopra but seems to good to be true for the money with all that grunt! :D
  14. Been looking at a stupidly modified car on ebay and asked the seller a question and got this response... The car is in excellent condition, no damage, never involved in any accidents, garage kept, clear HPI, full service history! I am selling this car for £3800 including delivery anywhere in UK. I think this is a low price but i need cash for a family emergency. I have to tell you that I'm currently out of town with some major problems so pick up/view isn't an option. If you want to buy this vehicle email me back with your full name and address to start the official procedure trough eBay. They will send you a notification with ALL the info regarding delivery, purchase protection and refund policy so please provide your details before more questions. You will find 90% of answers in that notification from eBay! Don't know if it's geniune or not so haven't supplied my address yet! It looks good from the photo's but if your gonna part with that ammount of cash I would wanna know that it works, drives etc and has the v5 document! The seller has only been registered since august the 15th this year and as no feedback... It's not a bidding item, it's listed in the classifieds... Any advice please as i;ve got alarm bells ringing off at me!
  15. Bloody good find that Kev!! Thanks very much!
  16. PMSFL!! How true!
  17. I see Legrath is the highest bidder!!! :hyper:
  18. Gas has always been the prefered method for hobs as you have more control over what the heats doing.. Instant heat and instant cool down if needed... Halogen are good but they retain the heat when switched off so the surface of the hob is still hot where as gas isn't... This is why chefs always use gas for the hobs and electric fan assisted ovens for the oven! I would just get a new more up to date gas hob seeing as you've got one there already! Hope this helps!
  19. Happy Birthday dude! :duffer: :duffer:
  20. Might be up for this depending how K-Lied i get the night before! :duffer:
