what of the mess i left my interior in? lol. Will take some of the shocks tonight.

Coolio, my bright orange coilovers arrived today. They are sexy, thanks Smithy!! that means i can get them fitted, and the anti roll bars, not sure if i should atempt the hicas kit myself. All the interior is all over the place so once the shocks are in the interior can be fitted back in place and i can get my dash back together as i havn't been able to get to it due to the seats and trims everywhere. busy busy busy weekend.

Has anyone bought or fitted this bonnet? What Quality is the fibreglass? The body shop said that it could be more work fitting fibreglass bonnets than cutting vents into the stock hood purely down to ripples in the fbreglass and getting them to fit perfectly.

the bumper in pic is a Andysautosport bumper. I think Smithy can also get these. As for the lights, no problem. My mate has a Uk Prelude with a US Wings West bumper there is no holes for the lights so he has black meshed the bumper and hiden the indicators behind the mesh, you can't see them until they are on. good look. I like that bumper and it is rare, so good find.

omg that brings back some memories, get it sorted asap!! I was driving along the dual carriage way and it come off, lost everything, scary experiance. I didn't learn my lesson though. I was in the city on a heaving Friday night, at the lights in front of tons of people and it come off and i had to get the Feds to push me out of the road into the taxi bays.

coolio, SCA just called me which are within the city, they can get them. And only a wii bit more so probably worth getting as i wouldn't have to pay postage and they could do me a tire package.

ouch they get even more expensive. HyperSR are the cheapest so far. They were cheaper than Sumo including V.A.T than Sumo excluding.

Where can i get hold of a set of Blitz Type 03 rims?? oh in blitz silver. I've tried Sumo Power and HyperSR, they are expensive wondered if anyone else did them.

Petey have you changed colour of your Zed or got another?

that would make sense as if you had a accident they would need some way of getting you out.

can't see it costing anymore than the Zed, everything is more widely availible well that's the impression i always got.

How does this work exactly? e.g. if you get your car de-locked and door handles removed and you have a flat batt would i have to climb through the boot to let myself in?

I had a ride in a 500hp Evo over the weekend. Built by the same guys doing mine. Very impressive. Being a 2.0 and single turbo there was a fair amount of lag but it's a great feeling when the turbo kicks in and pins you back which man it really done.

they do look coolio though.

They told me it was purely cosmetic lol. another thing is i paid another engine shop before them to machine all the journals to the size of the bearings, they were all nice and shiney. After these guys had it they buggered it up after i paid someone else to make it nice n shiney and..... it's all rough, slightly glazed where it looks like they used emery cloth all way round to hide the marks.

and one more.

Here are some pics of my crank to show the mark i described on the big end bearing at the front of the crank. there are 2 marks on the bearing journal and 1 nasty bite to the bit above one of the marks. there are a few pics to show these from different angles.
