straight bolt on .. no problems at all ... I wouldn't lose the backplate either TBH

I have some for sale as well that work well on stock boost. As does Turb0z :-)

Remove the centre panel .. two bolts .. remove induction or stock air box .. To gain better access remove the fan .. another two bolts .. you will then have good access to them both .. HTH

Have you had a rear brake light fog conversion done?

Maybe it is just a dodgy fuel sensor?? I'm no expert LOL but I have had this problem on other cars and it always turned out to be a knackered fuel sensor ... or one that was breaking down ... causing an intermitent fault.

Sorry I couldn't be more help mate .. I just bought the disks and fitted them ... Not an expert with brakes TBH .. and I do agree the Zed is not a 'no problem' car LOL by the way mine is a Jap spec.. can't see there being any difference with the back plate though.
