Totally Agree there mate :) if i go with a pearl or metalic again i have the added concern of alway's having to worry about matching up panel's in the case of any bump's or scrape's. Standard paint is easier to match but can be too basic and flat!! Could alway's have a bright plain colour but add a laquer afterward's as well,that will give it extra protection and make it real glossy :p

I wil be doing it myself Mate! I am just in the middle of preparation at the moment and will be applying 2K primer soon after i've taken any defect's out of the body. Just deciding on changing colour or staying stock!! i know what will be less work but it's not alway's about that is it! :cool:

Nissan Dark Blue Pearl (TH1) Dark and dull (the pearl help's to make it look a bit better).Im looking at coming out of blue completely maybe something alot brighter.....The original colour doe's not do the zed any justice..Not sure if im going for another pearl or just a plain colour yet! :cool: Pearls and metalics are very hard to match-up at any light angle! they alway stand out when you have had to repair/replace body panel's :)

Paint thinners from any car paint suppliers or good motor factor!! this Will take paint off quickly..Do not let it make contact with your body work or any plastic's!!! :cool:

Anyone ever Changed the colour of there Zed? What did you have done ? eg: just outside of car, outside and all inner shut's and exposable under panels? Thinking of Changing the colour of mine to a lighter brighter colour and i used to be a sprayer/mechanic so just want to know what other's have done or had done to their Zed so i can get some idea's for mine :)

Cheer's Mate!! :) They have put the rear's on the wrong side's, front's are OK!!! :( now i have to take it back!!!

can't find left and right the wider ones are on the rear's with webs but what about the front one's the narrower one's? I've been told before the wheel's are directional just like the tyre's?

Hi all, i've had some new tyre's fitted to my car and guess what? they seem to have mixed up the wheel's direction wise!! Now i don't know which one's are fitted in the right direction but i have both side's of the car's wheel's pattern's opposite and the tyre's are on the right direction. look's like i may have to take them back and have them refitted but i don't know which one's are incorrect? :( Pic's or written info would be apprieciated !! Remember they are Uk wheel's !! I wonder how many owner's really know that they are directional wheel's :p

That's very strange!! are you using any other popup/ad blocker's? Could alway's reload ZA see if that cure's the Problem.... I had to reload mine twice today as the TrueVector kept shutting down for no reason?? Kept getting the message (Please re-install Antivirus) Huh!!

Hi Mark you have to adjust your AD blocking to medium!! or you can turn it off.. Go to Privacy in the main menu and look for AD blocking!! Its most likely set at Full right now which is where i had trouble....Moved to Medium and fine now!!! :) You can also set a custom setting ;)

Doh!! It was my antivirus!!! Ive just bought Zone Alarm Security Suite and haven't set up the configuration yet...it was blocking all Ads,animation etc. etc..... :)

Anyone else having problems with the ride's section? I can't see any pic's, only the 4 recent uploads?? they were there this morning!! :(

But will they insure an import as a classic as ive heard most won't?
