  1. Well from what I saw you didn't miss much, but then I assume it's available on BBC iPlayer
  2. I think they are going a little 'Arty farty' with some of their filmed reports. Yeah very good driving, and some very good filming, especially the slo-mo sequences! I'd say what you are refering to was simply the high speed filming parts
  3. Yeah best of luck bud!
  4. No it didn't, it started at 8PM, as I started watching it just after 8:15 and had missed some!
  5. So why was this posted as a 'Reminder' when you posted it at 20:23?
  6.    I know what you mean!
  7. Right, well I'll give two penth worth then ;) I think either the Zed has been used as a Taxi or someone has fitted some sort of a CB radio in it! This arm being a bracket for holding it not really sure how or even why they would do it like this, but it would answer why there is a co-ax with a BNC with it. My first thought was that it looked very much like the mid '90's CD Walkman type brackets you could buy for cars back then, but that wouldn't explain the cable, unless it was a mobile TV unit!
  8. http://www.twinturbo.net/nissan/300zx/tech/illrp/illrp.html HTH Dave
  9. Sorry to say, but his is an S reg!
  10. About £820!!!!!!!! ;) ish
  11. try this bud ;) http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showpost.php?p=1254445&postcount=11
  12. Don't know if this will be of any use to you, but worth a check though. Attached is the Radio wiring for the UK and JSpec cars (although the UK colour coding is for an adaptor loom and not the car side, I must try and rectify that) Any probs with the colour codes, post up and I'll see what I can do :D HTH Dave
  13. That's all sounding very nice indeed bud... awaiting the pictures of the finished article :D
  14. Oooo that looks familiar ;) Not too bad on a MOT fail then, hopefully this eBay add should be of help to you...... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=230348840856 Dave
  15. So what parts have you got? :D
  16. When I say 'Dave' I meant Car Mad!
  17. I do believe that is Dave's handy work ;)
  18.   I knew exactly what was coming in the first scene as soon as I opened that, absolute classic, and you don't have to be an 'old git' to appraciate the quality either ;)
  19. 340mm x 80mm is what I have and what I orded from fancyplates
  20. ^^ That is correct, no Earth wire in the Z32 loom. The original came with a separate attached cable to the body of the radio
  21. You can still have a rear fog, but have it somewhere else, some options on this thread..... http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=117006 HTH Dave
  22. You need to loose the 'God-Awefull' hanging fog lamp as well!! Another vote for Fancyplates.com here as well, had both my front and rear plate done by them, and I also have the small front one fitted. Oh yeah, and I like my border and logo ;)
  23. Agree, load of utter rubbish! We seem to have turned into America with our Tv these days, far too many chanels to have really decent stuff produced now. Only a few Tv stations I'll even consider watching now, and I sure as hell wont pay extra for all the other crap that's on! ;)
  24. Yeah, not bad at all, brand new roof and rear screen, four brand new tyres, no rust anywhere and a full service history! Also everything is electric and all works properly! Karen is already moaning that it was messing her hair up on the way home, dont know what she's on about, my hair was perfect still after I drove it! The Festa is a total rust bucket! That's why Karen needed something a little 'better'!
  25. .................. This.. (well I haven't actually been driving it 'mostly' as it's not mine ;), but I was driving it for a short while) This is Karen's new 'toy'!!!! Quite a nice little motor, drives very well, great bodywork...... and the car aint bad either!
