  1. Just watched this on BBC iPlayer (as I was watching Benidorm on Friday night) and what a great documentary! It was about..... hmmmm lets let the BBC describe it ;) If you don't like using iPlayer it's on again on BBC4 tonight at 23:40 followed by 'Synth Britannia At The BBC' which is an hour of all the old synth bands of that era playing live on various BBC shows like '(Old grey) Whistle Test', TOTP etc. I'd highly recommend both shows if you've got the time to sit and watch them (2 1/2 hours in total) it was great to learn a bit more about the reasons and coming together of the bands I love to listen to.
  2. :duffer: cheers bud ;)
  3. Hi Leigh, I do believe it is the Aztec Calender end of the world thing!! And something to do with all of the planets coming into line on December 21st 2012 ;) There's also http://www.whowillsurvive2012.com
  4. If you've got, or thinking of a project that'll take you more than two years, DON'T BOTHER!! Here's why.......... http://www.instituteforhumancontinuity.org/
  5. Why? Whats wrong with it? ;)
  6. Using this photo........ Remove pipes 1 & 2 with no problems at all, as long as you make sure that you re-fit them properly once you've finished. The pipes to the right of number 5 are the water feed and return pipes to the rad and I believe you may have to remove at least the top one, if not both, to gain access to the other screws. As long as you remove them carefully you wont loose too much out of the rad, so just a top-up when you've finished will be fine. HTH Dave
  7. Yeah I doubt it'll show as much red as I've done there ;) Also the shine will show up a lot more as well
  8. How about this? If I make them any blacker you'll end up just seeing a blck circle with a red ring inside another black circle ;)
  9. Hows this Mike? Are the wheels dark enough for you, or do you want them darker?
  10. Hi bud, I meant it as in I thought he was refering to yours being Silver, but it was crossed wires on my part :D Yours is very nice by the way, I'm especially liking the rear........ oh hang on though I might like the front as well, but I've not seen it yet ;)
  11. lol, sorry bud, I see where you were coming from ;)
  12. .... and that's not the Zed that's being talked about in this thread ;)
  13. Basically they will keep posting other web site links up in every post, which is pathetic and annoying ;)
  14. I'm trying to achieve 10,000 posts........ almost there ;)
  15. They'll do it from the code.
  16. AFAIK this is 100% correct, for peace of mind, just ask your local MOT station, they'll know or phone DVLA directly!
  17. "Left turn Clyde!"
  18. Only if you already have both the Insurance and MOT, as they check them electronically when you apply for the TAX on-line
  19. As far as TAX is concerned, if you had previously declared SORN, then decided to put it back on the road, your MOT would probably be out of date (maybe, but for this we'll say it is!!) so the only way to obtain a TAX disc is to have a valid MOT, so it goes in this order.... Obtain Insurance, so you can drive to MOT station. Obtain MOT, so you can buy TAX. Buy Tax disc! So, you see you CAN drive to an MOT station WITHOUT a TAX Disc! This also applies to Kit Car builders etc as well....... See, it's logical if you think about it! What vodkashots has posted above is 100% correct, what everyone else has written isnt 100% ;) HTH Craig Dave
  20. That was supposed to be a :D, but the 'D' came out as a 'd' and I couldn't edit it :( Thank you...... ;) lol And, over 9500 posts :hyper:
