  1. Which book is that? Is it the one that was for sale on the Z Club stand at Billings this year, at about £38?
  2. This may have been posted here before, but I cant be arsed to read all this again (read it the first time round  ) You've got to remember that the Z32 was designed in the late 80's, so at the time it was a supercar! And in my mind still is, yeah there are faster and more exotic supercars out there, and there always will be................. But it's only personal perception that makes a sports car a supercar! My 2p worth (again ;))
  3. Here you go, (un-healthy interest in this one :D, as it may help me out as well) On-Line service manual section EL-6 Shows the power control/distribution circuit. Conector M10 on the left of the pic (top if you turn it the right way round ;))shows the 3A wire (Y = Yellow) that goes to the A/T Control unit, Auto A/C Control amp, Audio, Clock HICAS Control unit and the warning chime..... ie; items that you are having problems with. HTH
  4. Very well done chaps. If I hadn't had the kids this weekend, then I'd have come down. But then i couldn't have run it, as it's still running crap at the mo. You never know, maybe next year.........
  5. Andrew, I've had a look at the wiring diags for you, and the yellow wire that feeds the permanent 12volt to the radio is from the same circuit that feeds the climet controll unit, so have a look, with the ignition switch to OFF, to see if you have power on here first. If not the there is a 10amp fuse that feeds both parts of this circuit that will need checking first. HTH

The above mob is correct, but THIS is the full, more user-friendly one. TBH, unless your going for 100% original and standard condition competition, whats the point in keeping the original H3c bulbs, they cost a fourtune, and arnt always easy to get hold of ------ Just an opinion ;)  After all the mod takes about ten mins to complete.
  7. UPDATE - Re-installed AdAware SE, and it found 43 items, not bad at all. Also intsalled Mozilla's Firefox, seems a nice program to use, simular in operation to IE. Oh! and you weren't teach granny ;) lol
  8. Thanks for the advise, much appreciated :D I used to run AdAware before i found out about SpyBot, will probably put it back on again. Also currentley running McAfee firewall, seems to be doing a good job, also got Norton AntVirus running, on auto-update. Will look into Mozilla's Firefox as well. Outlook express - I've never used it, dont see the point in it's features myself, as both my aol and hotmail tell me if i receive mail, and thats all i need anyway. PS- I know quite a few will say that AOL is crap, or whatever, but it works for me, and does what I want out of it, so it'll stay for now. Again, thanks for that.
  9. Stu, Try this, it might be what your looking for, its called dBpowerAMP Also a bit of info from a forum about these, at http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=5656 HTH
  10. OK, so I've already got SpyBot Search & Destroy version 1.3 loaded and working nicley. Updated it from 1.2 the other night, and I've got the indication software running with it, which means that if any known spyware trys to be downloaded when opening a page up, I get a box telling me about it. Well I've discovered somthing, that some of you may not know about, unless you're runing the same software yourself. And that is that when you go into your HotMail account at least TWO spyware programs are trying to be loaded into your pc from Hotmail!!!!! And they are, "Avenue A, Inc" and "DoubleClick" Also I've got XP sp2 installed, and activated the built-in pop-up stopper, and whenever you open up HotMail again, this stops pop-ups from there as well!! I also downloaded aol's AIM software the other night, and now I've discovered spyware on there as well, it's called "WildTangent" So why are these big companies trying to download all this crap into our pc's???? I mean you can understand the little web sites, but why is Uncle bill and Time-Warner bothering? Anyway, rant over :D
  11. I'm looking forward to seeing it mate, everything should look very sweet when it's all done. Good luck with it all.
  12. They are quite reasonable, compared to other supermarkets. Also I dont think they other the 'Spanking' service in their stores anymore. :D
  13. Agree!!!!! Full refund AND name & shame. I'm fully with this, if I sell something, it gets sent as soon as I receive the funds. Likewise if I buy something, I send the money asap (Sorry MAC, i forgot to send the money for the Tee-Shirt on time originally :slap: but at least it got sent in the end :nelson: )
  14. That is the Engine Fuel & Emission Control System section in the on-line service manual Found Here HTH
  15. Have a look at this thread, as doing the mod may be benificial to you, as you can then use normal H3 bulbs (PIAA or otherwise) HTH
  16. Pete, don't know if you've noticed, but your bonnet is the wrong colour!! :D oh! and your fuse box is missing it's cover............. just thought I'd let you know :D Oh! and BTW, well done mate :duffer:
  17. Got mine done, cost me £80, including the leather. Just looked through the yellow pages, and made a couple of phone calls, and 'Hey-Presto' Come to think of it, I also had a couple of leather handbrake gators made up within that price as well, but I did supply the leather for those (as the sections that I had were not big enough for the seat section) HTH (= Hope That Helps ;))

Sorry Rich, cant make this one, as I'm working late this week.
  19. Try Luke at the ZCentre. Bumper = £290 (+vat) and Indicators = £23 (+vat) each Which + £394.80 HTH
  20. 1) This might help - Headlight Thread 2) Totally agree with Pete Shrimp, as mines the same as well :D 3) Could be the Air-Con controll unit????? 4) Have a look at this, it's diagramm that I did when I removed my Pioneer head unit and wired in an ISO connector, found it very usefull remembering where everything goes. 5 & 6) Sorry, not that good with that sort of thing. And the clock, have a word with AndyP, as I beleive he has a 100% record with sorting these, mine included :D  HTH
  21. First, sorry MAC, but the cutting for the vents seems rather rough on the inside, is this something that will be tidied up on finishing? sorry to sound negative, but just the way I see it, just trying to be honest. Second it does look a nice one though :D
  22. Try MJP or ZCentre over here, or Concept Z Performance over in the USA, they may be able to help you out. HTH
  23. Pete, Just got mine, amongst other stuff, from Concept Z Performance in the USA. LINK These come in threes, and are OEM. Priced at $21.99, + shipping, but then when they turned up, I didnt pay any import duty or VAT ;) HTH
  24. That is a bloody good link there, someone went to a lot of trouble there ;) Top marks that man
