  1. I'm not disputing that ^^^ link, but this is the colour coding for my '92 Jap Spec import, and this is very much proven!! :D http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=6258 HTH

    :(
  3. Yeah thats the Tamiya one that I've got. But thanks anyway Bob ;) EDIT** That IS someones collection, or part of it anyway....Lucky bas*** ;) He's got all that, the ones I've already got and more stuff!!
  4. On the attached pic you'll see all the holes that should be under a standard OEM spoiler when removed (all except for the ones with red circles round them, as these were additional for my infill panel that was fitted.) The ones in Blue are standard bolt holes. The panel comes with two white lugs that have a bolt thread on them, and four Blue off-square pegs that clip into holes, these are all removable. It also comes with two fixed bolt threads to fasten into the brake lamp appature. The ones in Yellow are off-square holes for the plastic pegs that come with the perspex panel. But on the panel there are plugs for where the Green is marked on the pic. These can either be forgoten about, of you can drill these out and place the white bolt threads in this place (but with limited access from the inside to put the nuts on, or you can then open out the holes so that the plugs will fit snuggly. HTH
  5. Can anyone help me out.....???? I'm looking for some plastic model kits of the Zed (N/A, TT, 2+0 or 2+2) I've already got these two, But have just found these photo's, and was wondering if anyone knows where I can buy any of them from? First up, is a Version S model.... Next.... is a 1/24th scale one.... Next.... is a 1/10th scale radio control body.... Next.... is a Fujimi TT models 1/24 scale.... Next.... is a Just Tuning black convertible model 1/24 scale.... Next.... is another Fujimi, this time a Convertible model 1/24 scale. And last.... is a Tamiya 300ZX Convertible model..... Any help would be appreciated.................... thanks in advance.... :duffer:
  6. Hoya Cos, do you mean THIS ONE ??? HTH
  7. Snap, almost ;) Looking very nice Greg  nice colour as well :D
  8. Well mines been in the UK since 2000, and I think the fog mod was done when it was imported. They used the inner brake lamps, so mines been through at leats 3 MOT's since then and it's passed, so I dont think it is too much of a problem. Anyway the FAQ is now complete (finished it at about midnight last night!!) it's now 9 pages long, but due to it's size, I have had to e-mail it to Andy Duff, hopefully he can sort it  So it should be in the FAQ section soon.
  9. Yeah i thought so as well................ Incidentley, thats not just 'Blown-In' the whole boot lid was re-sprayed, and the colour match is spot on. I was worried about the colour, as it has had a full re-spray in the past, and you can tell the difference in the engine bay-to-wing edges. So i'm well chuffed about this work :D Damm shame it got a total soaking and filthed-up this afternoon on a 90 mile round trip :( bloody weather........... and yes those three new pics were taken this morning!
  10. Thanks guys :D Total costs.... Parts....... Panel = £85........ Badge = £15 + VAT = £117.50 both from Luke at the ZCentre Paint, filling and all labour = £100... My local bodyshop bloke. So £217.50 for the whole job. But if I knew then what I know now, I would have done it differently. I would have kept the raised spoiler and removed the infill panel, then had the holes smoothed and the panel fitted. But you live-&-learn ;)
  11. Sorry for answering this late, but have been away...... Right I've almost finished a full 6 page FAQ on this subject, mainley the positioning of the lamp itself. But while researching for all of this I've come across the officiall government web site with the specs in, LINK This proves interesting reading, once you start to take it all apart. ie; You shouldn't be using the inner brake lamps..... As there is NO separation! And.... Well I've included all the options that can be used, officially or not, so you make your own choice. Anyway, HTH. PS - And there is NO stipulation as to where you must position the illuminated switch, or it's colour.
  12. At long f***ing last my rear is finished!!!!!!!!!!!!! ;) Have been away for the last week, and so has my Zed (but not with me) Picked it up this morning, and fitted the new perspex panel and side trims (thanks Mantav8 :duffer: ) Hope you all like her........................ Before, After.......
  13. That looks awsome Rich, very nice Bling ;) Nice Burberry grill :D
  14. As soon as I saw this I thought it looked 'Photoshoped', the rear bumper especially! Got to agree it does look interesting, dont think there would be a coling problem, as it has big enough intakes in the front for both the IC's and rad's. Interior is very nice as well, like the screen install. Does it? Have a look at the second interior pic down, it clearly shows a standard door fully open!!!! Well thats my view anyway ;)
  15. Was watching some American monster truck programm on Men & Motors at tea-time this evening, and when it went into the adverts, they display a very short bit of film, depending on the type of program. (regulars will know what I'm on about) Anyway, this time it was some sort of American oval racing (Thunder saloon type), but I'm sure I spotted a Zed being hit and then going into the top barrier!! It was a green colour, with the typical racing stickers all over it. As I wasnt too sure, I kept watching till the end of the programm, and there it was again, noe I'm sure it was a Zed... anyone else seen it? Or know anything else about it?
  16. Will get my order in soon, well impressed to see one of my pics on there   :p

Too many ambiguious bits to this one! It just doesn't add up properly. In fact it sounds like a...... CROCK-OF-SH1TE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :p
  19. Totally agree, except that mine has been imported since 2000, and it's NOT undersealed, and there is no rust on it what-so-ever!!!!   PS- And it's parked outside all the time!
  20. I'm so glad someone asked this question, apart from me  , as that purple looks awsome, but with the red....................... ermmm maybe not. So glad your spraying the rest of it as well. Was beginning to think that it was a new idea for paint-jobs ;) lol Looks like we've got some nice looking cars coming out for the next show season.

Sorry Rich, not this one (again) it's my lads 7th birthday :D See you soon.
  23. But the difference between quotes is negligible, when you look at it like this; The age is irrelivent, as the body parts to repair a '89 Z32 compared to a '94 are indeed the same, as would be for a S13 of differing ages. So comparing the age and 'value' is pointless, as one persons value will differ from someone elses. HTH
  24. ROFLMGDFAO    .............. Read the Mupet question at the top............... Funny as fook :D
