12th Dec, Solihull, The Boat Inn
Well that was it, my last trip in the Zed this year  . She goes off the road once I get home this afternoon, to be dismantled :smash: (well a bit anyway) and it might even work properly in the new year :D It should, hopefully, look better aswell with a nice new 99 spec front bumper, HID lamps and some engine bling :nana2: Thanks to Matty and Noel (kerr-ching ;)) And also to Noel for the clear side repeters ........ mmmmmmmmmm bling :D (YGPM) Anyway, as I've already said on the other post, pics will be up this evening, once I've photoshopped them. If anyone wants an original, let me know, as the ones posted will be greatly reduced in size aswell as quality.

Zed No.45 Men and Motors Top 100
At least we didn't get that tw@ Brendon Coogan opening his fookin stupid gob about it and sprouting some god-awfull uneducated crap!!!! OOOO, hang-on, does this sound like I think he doesn't know what he's talking about? YES it does :D Has he said anything good about any car? He looks that p155ed off about even being there, so why did he bother?

What a great day
What more can I say, apart from this really is a great place to be in...... Smithy!! Top banana  Helping me out by sending the cam covers out of his own pocket up front!!! How many others on here would do that, a few I'm sure, 'cus thats what this place is like. Houghtons!! FANTASTIC!!!!!!!! What a saving, see here, almost £200!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh and mods like the SS Zorst and Induction filter were included. I've, so far, dealt with nine of the traders that we have here, and I can honestley say that I can't fault any one of them, they are all really nice people :D I am one happy bunny tonight

Cam Belt Covers
Right, this is probably one of those stupid questions that I come out with now and again :D I'm about to do my cam belt change over the xmas holiday period, so will be taking off the covers (obviously ;) ) What I want to do is have them painted, I like the idea of having Smithy do them at £35, but the problem is that there is no way I'll get them done this close to xmas (as he is going to get married, all the best mate :duffer: ). So I'm thinking of doing all the job, then looking at having the covers done later. So to the question, how much work would it be to take the covers off again later, to have them painted? Or is it one of those jobs best done while your doing it in the first place? Thanks in advance.

Not even sure how I stumbled upon this one, but knowing my knowledge of computers, I was probably just guessing originally and it worked  But I still agree with what you say, as I have chenged the format in PhotoShop aswell.

Jap Spec Fog Light Bulb type
If it has never been changed from import, then it'll look like a standard H3 bulb, but when you come to connect a UK H3, you'll see that the old one has a bullet connector, and your new one will have a spade connector. Simply cut off the female bullet on the car loom and crimp on a new female spade instead, job done. Here is the correct type of H3, bit of a pointless pic though as it's still in it's box :D................... And yes I am stuffing myself with a tub of Pringles :D HTH EDIT** I'm stuffing myself with the contents of the tube of Pringles, and not the tube ;)

As I don't doubt what you say, I've just asked two chaps at work the same thing, and they agreed with you. But I've just done it to prove to myself, JPEG to a GIF, by simply changing the file extension! This is working on Windows 2000 here at work, and I'm sure I've done it before at home on XP. I thought I'd done it before. Arr well there you go :)

First what format is you chosen pic in? You should be able to locate the file on you pc, then right click the fiile and use 'Rename' changing the file format to either a JPEG or Gif image, but just incase that screws up, I would sugest making a copy of it first and practise on that. Now I'm sure there is a few tech bods on here who'll tell you different ways, but that normally works for me :D HTH
