I'd think it could be done, but it would be very tight. Obviously it's a lot easier with it off, but then taking it off is a bit of a pain in the arse. With it still in-situ just make sure that the wires don't come anywhere near the zorst, as you don't want them melting. It took me a while to get all the parts together. Just a note though, the UK bumper comes with only one working fog lamp, and one dummy (case and lens only). If you want two working, then you would need the reflector and bulb holder from another one (mine came from an old Micra) HTH

I've also just done this, but instead of running wires from the rear lights and then through the metalwork, I tapped them off the number plate harness outside. Thus, no extra wires going into the vehicle, and no problems if you still have/want the bulb out light/device to work. Mine did take a bit longer, but then I was fitting a UK spec bumper inplace of my Jap one. I also used the original Jap spec red reflectors, after cutting the section out of my Jspec bumper and grafting it into my new Uk one :D

Harry????Yes that is what is in the link that Legrath put up.Whoops should have refreshed the page firstI only put in the ones I could reach, as I got the bolts after I'd re-assembled it all (well about 3 months after ;) ) That engine bay requires a LOT more bling :cool:In the picture is a US standard headlamp unit (Right of Pic) and a Jap 99 spec HID lamp unit (Left of pic) Although its a 99, this is tha same place I stuck my ballasts directly to the underside of each lamp unit. (The 99 is on a metal bracket, not stuck on) So if you stick them (my ballast came with a double sided sticky pad) to the inner (high beam) side of each lamp unit there is plenty of room there. Also no need to 'Stretch' the wires to fit in the centre area, or 'drill' / 'pull tie' them within the engine bay.
