  1. Thanks Paul, I'll look in the bios as soon as I've finished what I'm doing. Everything seems to be running OK, but for all this money, I want it running as good as it should be, if you know what I mean :D
  2. My new processor is all up and running, along with the new motherboard. But I have a techy question for anyone who knows anything about these things ;) With the motherboard came a piece of software called Gigabite EasyTune5, on there is an Overclocking utility, within that is the advanced mode. Under the CPU, FSB it's only showing 202.00, whereas the FSB of my new processor is suposed to be 800. Am I being thick here, or is this not running at the correct rate? If so would it be Ok to increse the setting on the utility upto 800? Top pic is the utility, and the other is the spec sheet for my processor. All help appreciated
  3. Hope you get it sorted mate. Took flipping ages to scan and convert that, as I forgot how to use my pdf converter
  4. Give me a few mins bud, and I'll see what I can do for you. I can scan and PDF the book if you want?
  5. Nice source that is Leigh, good find. Not seen some of them before :D
  6. Well put! :) It doesn't surprise me that there are not many people posting on here that they openly copy DVDs, CDs, Games etc! Did you expect them to? I'd imagine that there are a lot of people who won't dare post on here, as not wanting to be seen in anyother way than whiter than white! Yes films and games are expensive and time consuming to produce, well they should get their R&D right then! After all these DVDs and Games are sold worldwide, and every single genuine one is still overly expensive to buy. I saw a film produce back in the Eighties the other day just released on DVD for the first time (can't even remember what it was now) but it was for sale at £15!!!!!! Full price for a film that's been at the cinemas years ago, been out on Video for ages, and they are still charging full wak for it! And some wonder why people pirate them! Incidental, I don't condone buying pirated stuff of other people and funding organised crime, if I wanted it, I'd do it myself. Well that's my 2p worth ;)
  7. David, have a look at this link, it's the How-To for the Clocks LED conversion >>> Right-Click, Save As Other than that I'd sugest a Indiglow conversion, there is a current Group-Buy on these at only £64.99, well worth it! (IMHO) Link HERE HTH
  8. I take that back, just had a deliveryfailure notification :headvswal I fooking hate Hotmail............. trying again, diff addy.
  9. Reply seems to of gone properly (bloody useless Hotmail, keeps returning any AOL addresses recently)
  10. Looks very nice bud  Was that today? Bloody typical, I was suppose to go round and see Rich, would of seen it if i had (which reminds me, I must appoligise to him ;) )

  12. Well done guys :)
  13. While you're doing your re-trim, check out this link >> http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=67979 as it's well worth doing while you're at it. Also have you considered doing it in leather? I did mine in Vinyl about 18 months ago, about two months ago I changed it all again for leather, much, much better, well worth it. Vinyl cost about £25(ish), leather cost me £95 for a complete hide (you don't need all of it) from e-bay, very friendly guy and arrived very quickly (also smells lovely!!) (Link Here!!) Just a thought.
  14. Arrr, but Eliza isn't three (for me anyway) untill the end of December, as I was (Registered) here for six months before that (You guys welcomed me and gave me all the advice i needed before buying one). I've been looking on the board for a lot longer than that (untill you made it registrations only) then I registered three years ago, and I'm glad I did.
  15.  ;) Usual suspects ;)
  16. Surprised about that, Scoobies are like dog turds............... Every-bloody-where!! :D
  17. Ooooooooooooo I've been here three years now :D :duffer: :duffer: Seen a few come and go, read a few arguments, been to a few shows,....... ..... And met some great guys (and gals) here and in person! Thanks all, what a great place it's been (and still is)

Nice, and very true :D Oh, and great name
  19. Evening all, well as title suggests, it's been a very successful evening, with NO set-backs! I posted the other day that I wanted to change my PC processor, and could I just copy all my programs to another hard drive and then copy them back? (Thread Here) Well thanks for all the responses, I've done it tonight! :D I'm now running a P4 3.0 Ghz (actually running at 3.2 at the moment (overclocked)) instead of my old Celeron 2.6, which to be quite honest was perfectly OK, until it came to any DVD/Movie work and then it was pants!! As it turned out I wouldn't of needed to transfer any progs, docs etc over, as the old hard drive worked as soon as I pressed the power button (which I wasn't expecting) In fact all I had to do was contact Microsoft (FREE phone call) for an activation code, and then everything was fine. So I'm quite chuffed with myself now :D
  20. Yeah, how about the Nokia LD-1W But looks like the LD-1W is no longer available, and has been replaced by the LD-3W, best price I've just found is £64.95 HERE HTH
  21. The ones pictured are samples of the quality available, there are no pics of the ones for the ZX! These are brand new design for the guy, hence the good price.
  22. Looking good bud, hope to see it at one of the upcoming shows
  23. Bump ;) It took a lot of effort for the Group-Buy from vijay, and now this cheaper one is here it's also took a lot of effort to sort out and get going. Can't really see another Group-Buy for Indiglow-Dials coming around for a very, very long time!! So COME ON!!!!!!!!! ;)
  24. Unfortunately it happens EVERY year around this same time! (If you don't believe me, go check out the forums of years gone by) I think it's the spring blues, people are getting anxious for the real decent weather to come along and, so tempers go off (no disrespect to anyone currently in dispute, I'm keeping my gob shut this time;) ) As for legal action, pathetic, grow up! Get a real life, if you've got a problem with someone, sort it, don't hide behind the law, that is so fooking childish!
  25. Don't think like that, I got mine on second dibs :D Well don't forget to post some pics when it's all done
