Yes you'll need the door side bracket as well. Pic below shows all parts required.

Lower fixing point shown on this pic... Upper fixing point shown in this pic (just)...

On the door pillar there should be a plastiic plug on the outside, take this out, undo the screws behind it and the interior pillar trim will clip off. Behind this you will find the mounting point for the seat belt. On this same fixing point Nissan made a upper door latch, if it's not there you'll also have to get hold of one along with the fixing onto the bodywork for the other half of it. There should also be a bottom fixing for the seat belt lower fixing point on the bottom of the door. But this would be below the door trim. Chris must of gone to a lot of trouble to mod the seatbelts, as there arn't the fixing threads within the B pillar. The holes are there, but the threads arnt. So he would of had to weld threads in. Totally in favour for this addition to the current law, how much does a simple hands-free kit cost these days? Next to nothing. Even my fully hard-wired Bluetooth kit only cost £69, and that's only £9 more than one fine ;) so more than worth it. I think they should ban smoking while driving as well........ why?........ Because how many people do you see while lighting up have no concentration on the road whats-so-ever?? If they use the cigar lighter they are bending over, and if they are using a match they have both hands occupied holding the matchbox and match!! Bloody dangerous if you ask me :D

Silly question, but have you installed the USB driver (http://www.blazt.biz/downloads/usbdrivers.php)?? Yes I know you said you've installed all the drivers, but it seems a common problem (after doing a search)

This might sound stupid, but well worth checking..... Are you phisically looking underneth when you are pluging the lead into the cars loom plug? I say this because it's caught me out a couple of times doing it by feel, I've though it's in (as it'll hold there) but in fact was not actually plugged in properly!
