no not at all mate. just warm it up and not go mad lol!!! Warm the whole panel up with a decent hairdryer. and this will help the bumper flex. It only looks like you need to do it a small amount. once its been bolted up etc give it a week and it will set to the perfect shape of your car :wink:

looking at it again. just heating it up should do the trick

This is the one i do. Looks like it has been made and stored on its edge and the weight of the bumper has moved in slightly. The main problem is like luke will have said is to cut the return and flex it out. also heat will help. you will have to cut slots the whole lenght of the section to spread the load. if you do just one it will be a stress point and once sprayed you might get a funny ripple, so best to do over the full lenght :)

we have the 330d msport 204hp and 300lb/ft that this thing shifts and would waste my zed with ease the way i drove it last night (maooing it soon :biggrin) Its an amazing engine and when you boot it, it sound amazing abit like my gsi v6 proper sporty Becks at the min is getting 50mpg on b roads and going over the mountains which is amazing and thats giving it a bit aswell. When i drove it from london back home i got 67mpg It is by far the best diesel engine out there, Not sure on the 335d,

Mine were on the verge of being impossible to get out. I broke 2 crows feet spanner to get them out and there a pig to get to. as for mpg i noticed no differance. good luck :lol:
