Take it up mate. Its better to be safe than sorry if it all goes tit up. If you really want it to work im sure you can find some time. Thats how i set up any way. I had to shill out thousands to tool up and get materials ect. only took 2 months of planning etc. but it was well worth the hassel :)

If i was you i would sell the civic and keep the vec. I would also get a new job. Whilst you are at your new job you will have a nice sum of money comming in to set up you new adventure. aswell as all the bills etc Wait untill you know it is going to work and up and running fully before leaving your new job :) this way you will be safe and sound
