  2. Thats what i was thinking. looked as if its been left in the sea :shock:
  3. piss easy job for you Ian. take 20min tops :)
  4. I may have some alloys then 19" and they will suit the gtr :)
  5. Fingers crossed with this one Jan. There proberly held on with that crap sticky foam stuff. I would use a hair dryer and try and pull them off. If not get a stanley blade and slide between the body and reflector. Eaither way you will be left with sticky suff. so petrol on a cloth or nail varnish remover and plenty of scrubbing. Once done a quick Tcut and a wax and job done, Nice and smooooth baby :)
  6. do skyline and 300zx alloys the same fitment/ offsets??
  7. No black or white is to good for your zed :lol::lol::lol: I like the blue on yours it suites it so why change it? plus you would have to take the engine back out again for a proper colour change.
  8. Here is a few good pics. http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=92607&highlight=outer+ball+joint
  9. Re the water.i would say its the top targa seal isnt sealed. if its been taked off to be replaced or because of a respray, 9 times out of ten the front square bit needs to be siliconed back down, other wise the rain water will get under it and trickel down the a pillar
  10. I might be selling my old alloys if your interested in a new style?
  11. typical zed. and all zeds will go in this spot. Thats the exact same spot as mine but yours is worse :lol: Take the trims out in the boot and it looks worse, you cannot got to that side but look at the other side and it will give you an idea., Thats why im copping mine out and doing a custom widearch :)
  12. Black or white is the best colour ever for a zed. but i would keep yours blue
  13. When i swaped mine for new ones i took the tbars off and just slid the trims upwards. as the little white clips and in a runner
  14. thats 8 to many :lol::lol:

  16. humbug :lol: :pint::pint:
  17. Nice family car :biggrin:
  18. Its a cu nt of a job. IIRC you take off the little bolt and the washer off the rear then you take a grinder to the side with the thread on. Grind it flush to the hub then use a pully to pull it out of the other side. It gives you more room to work this way but its still a pig, Oh and loads and loads of heat :)
  19. He did a good job of it didnt he :yes:
