The Journey of Man When I was 14, I hoped that one day I would have a girlfriend. When I was 16 I got a girlfriend, but there was no passion, so I decided I needed a passionate girl with a zest for life. In college I dated a passionate girl, but she was too emotional. Everything was an emergency; she was a drama queen, cried all the time and threatened suicide. So I decided I needed a girl with stability. When I was 25 I found a very stable girl but she was boring. She was totally predictable and never got excited about anything. Life became so dull that I decided that I needed a girl with some excitement. When I was 28 I found an exciting girl, but I couldn't keep up with her. She rushed from one thing to another, never settling on anything. She did mad impetuous things and made me miserable as often as happy. She was great fun initially and very energetic, but had no direction. So I decided to find a girl with some real ambition. When I turned 31, I found a smart ambitious girl with her feet planted firmly on the ground and married her. She was so ambitious that she divorced me and took everything I owned. I am now older and wiser, and am looking for a girl with big tlts. :D :D

hi guys worst month for me was nov 1995 . found out my partner for 5 years was shagin some guy from work , we split up i lost my house my garage my cobra replica i also got made redundant at work then my dad died i got chicken pox for the first time (i was 35 not good) went out on the piss xmass eve that year got pissed then got a cab home but only had 20 kwid on me so i had to walk 5 miles in the freezing cold ended up walking past where i had parked my car (you guessed it ) got in my car to go and smash my exes new boyfriends head in .spun the car and ended up facing the wrong way down the road busting a tire , plod then turn up give me a breath test (im well over the limit ) next thing im walking home from the police station freezing my tits of , go and get my car the next day and i find the head gaskets gone .... but if these things had never happend to me i wouldnt be the luky happy ******* i am now , i wouldnt change a thing :hyper: :hyper:

still had nothing from these guys so i sent them an email today , i phoned them again (so this is my third phone call to them and also my 2nd email) they said they were gonna send me a cheque last thursday but when i phoned them to ask why i hadnt received it they said they had run out of stamps so it wasnt sent till friday) well its now thursday and no cheque , heres the email i sent them , what do you think ? .. hi im still waiting for the cheque i was promised last week for the refund of Order Number: 15988 . please can you let me know what you intend to to about this as i will be contacting the trading standards within the next 5 working days to ask them to continue pursuing you for the full amount (£109) :headvswal :headvswal if you want to know who this company is pm me so you dont make the same mistake i did by dealing with them

any one any ideas of how to get money back from a shop that keeps telling me there gonna send me a cheque , but it hasnt turned up yet ,

hi mate i think you will find theres a micro switch on the throttle pedal (it makes when you put your foot down) maybe its out of adjustment ????

im sure this was why they didnt let him win this year (im sure we all thought it was odd to have a faulty gearbox computer for 30 secs and then it was ok the rest of the race ??????)total *****x if the same thing happens next year i wont bother watching f1 ever again . let him do his job and he will win rant over :duffer:

some gud points here . i think my main problem was not expecting the box to shift down into 2nd gear , i have had a lot of autos (a e34 540 bmw 3 auto supra turbos a stag ) the bmw was around the same bhp as the 300zx tt , never had any probs with them doing it , the only other thing is my car has 17 inch 245 40 profile tires on the back and i know fat tires are crap in the wet , anyway im gonna be using the hold button from now on :bow: :bow:

ok so ive had the tt for three weeks now and tonite was her first nite out in the wet. shes an auto and this is wat happend, im driving towards st albs on the m25 just pulling out into the fast lane (im in the middle lane behind some idiot doing 60 up the hill to the junction) any way a gently put my foot down to speed up now im in the fast lane and not mutch happens so i press i bitt more then f..king hell the auto box kicks down to 2nd gear and im in boost the back end goes towards the central reservation and i flick on some opposite lock . my heart re-starts my girlfriend screams . i then pull back into the slow lane thinking wow that was odd , so is this normall ??????? :eek: :eek:

could be the power transistor unit (ptu) try cooling it down with a damp cloth after it dies . if it re starts its a good indication its failing when it gets hot good luck

ok folks i got m first 300zx tt auto . i looked at a few cars and one seamed to be rite for me , a deal was struck (after a test drive and a very good look over etc) shes a silver 1993 jap auto 64k miles on the clock no nasty noises smells or bumps etc , gonna go n pic her up on sat morning , allreadt got my owners manuel , wat else do i need? ps gonna make my own conzult to pc cable this weekend :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

im after a new toy after owning mk3 supras for 13 years and spending all my hard earned cash on them , thing is i have had lots of auto cars (including a bmw 540i auto) and two turbo auto supra turbos. im thinking 300zx tt auto but have herd there are a few probs with the auto box , so what year should i go for and also do i want a jap or a uk car ,
