we have a convoy of about 6 cars that are catching the Thursday night ferry (11.00pm) from Portsmouth to Le Harve, using http://www.ldlines.co.uk and the ones that are not going onto le Mans will be returning on the Tuesday 5.00pm Ferry. But will Portsmouth be any good to you? There is another group of 4 coming over via the tunnel but I don't think they have booked anything yet, we also have some others using Sea France. I'll try and get some more details about what they are all up to.

The Z Club have arranged a long weekend in France and hope you would like to join us. June 8th till 11th The weekend will start on the Friday (as any good weekend should) with a welcoming BBQ and the weekend will including taking advantage of the French Food, wine and ROADS!!! some of us will be staying on at the campsite to chill out by the pool before moving on to le Mans for the 24hour race. Accommodation - http://www.loire-holidays.co.uk Apart from camping the site also offers mobile homes, prices are as follows Camping 13 euros per tent per night (approx £9.20) or 12 euros for 3 or more nights, this includes full use of shower facilities Mobile homes 50 euros per night (approx £35) or 45 euros for 3 or more nights. The mobile homes sleep a minimum of 4 people (you can request 3 bedroom van) and the cost is per mobile home not per person. they are self contained units with their own kitchen/shower/living rooms. Hi followed you off the M1 - hope you didn't mind us over taking! you then followed us to the Pod but we lost you to the General Car Park!!

it was a mixture of all Z/ZX 240s, 260s, a Z31 and a couple of 350Z as well as 300s (Oh and Chunks skyline!) Mind you those 240s can be a bit scary, I heard two went staight on at the chicane side by side as niether wanted to be the first to brake!! The first session was in the dry but the second was a bit slippery to say the least!! But yes, good fun was had by all!

Hi Eileen if you can't book a stand, the Z Club have at 10 spare vehicle passes that you are more than welocme to. These passes will get you into the Paddock area but you will still have to buy entrance tickets. If anyone is interested PM me your address and we will get them in the post for you ASAP. Hope to see some of you there

I know it's too late now but for the furture, for Japfest events (castle combe and Donington) I always book ZX dedicated track session so it is just us out there, and you know you can trust a ZX driver :eek: Seriously I think the guys that went out this year will back me up when I say the ZX dedicated session are great fun and as safe as motorsport can be...............except when you come up the road to see a V8 facing the wrong way :rolleyes:

Hi Carl yes you can pay on the gate but you will be stuck out in the general car park with out a vehicle pass. It's a bit late to trust the post, if you can make it follow signs to exhibitors entrance and give me a call - 07901 570053 and I'll get a pass to you. I will be pretty busy so if you know anyone that is already going that can meet you at the gate let me know and I'll get a pass to them. If not just call me. Hope you do make it

Did you book a stand for this show?? If you didn't I think the Z Club may have a few free spaces (for the Sunday), I'll find out for you, wouldn't want to see a Z out in the general car park!!

Just spoken to the guys at Japfest, they are sending out the tickets to me today, so I hope to have them in the post to you over the weekend Track time will be as follows Track session 1 - 11.06am (briefing 9.40am) Track session 2 - 3.06pm (briefing 12.00 noon) Can I remind you that you need crash helmets and driving licences and must attend one briefing session. If you are doing two track sessions you just have to go to the first one. There is no crash helmet hire at Donington. Still have a couple of track slots avaiable, Ceejay is also selling his.
