The Z Club have arranged to take part in a Hill Climb School on Tuesday 10th July 2007 at Gurston Down We have a couple of spaces left and thought some of you might want to join in usual price is £150 discount price is £125 which will get you the day at the school with lunch, teas, coffees. I have been let down by some people so have a few track sessions available for Japfest 19th May, Castle Combe I have no entrance tickets but you can buy those at the gate but I do have vehicle passes which will get you onto the Club Stand drop me a PM if you are interested To those that have paid tickets are going in the post today

Sorry to say if you haven't paid me yet then I'm out of tickets BUT I do have vehicle passes and you can just pay at the gate £14 per person - Without a vehicle pass you will be in the general parking!!! Have had a letter from the organisers and they say the Police were cracking down on "show" plates outside the circuit last year! I should be there by 7.30 at the latest - look forward to seeing you all there PS Tickets are going into the post tonight!

very nearly out of entrance tickets - but you can pay on the gate (£12 or 14 can't remember which) and I have vehicle passes which will get you onto the car stand but I need to know who you are ASAP - don't leave this to the last minute I will not be waiting on the gate for people like I have done in the past and missed half the show!

yep pay me but I don't have many entrance tickets left - this is not a problem as I can send you a vehicle pass and you can pay on the gate. I'll be posting an update on who has and hasn't paid later today!

I don't think it is a case of being better but just a different sort of thing. You cannot fault JAE as being one of the biggest Japanese car shows in the country and I hope we will all being going for many years to come. The Z Club just wanted to have a weekend of just Zeds and to celebrate being a club for 30 years. It is just a real shame that the only weekend we could book at Billing was the weekend before JAE (this will not be repeated next year!)

can't confirm but hopefully we will come along (got a committee meeting and North Somerset show that weekend as well!) alright if we bring a 260 as well as a Z32?

This is purely a Z Event :) some other car clubs are under the impression that it is a Japanese Nostalgia weekend but this is not being organised by Billing and certainly not by the Z Club. The only other clubs to be invited will be the two 350Z forums. We have booked two fields (one for camping and one as a show field), we will need a hand setting up nearer the time :rolleyes: The Z Club is putting together a welcome pack (show programe, stickers, magazines, whatever freebies we can get our hands on etc) is there anything you would like to add? Also we are after Traders to take stands or adverts in the programe.

the organisers don't usually send me the tickets until a couple of weeks before the event so don't panic just yet - you will have them approx one week before hand
