japfest 22nd MAY
Hi Danny The guy I've been dealing with is called Ian - see email and phone number below. Last year the lay out was the car club stands where quite seperate from the traders, but it is worth asking the question! If you want to bring some leaflets along to the Z Club stand I'm sure we could come to some arrangement (with me it usual involves Gin :duffer: ) Anyway try Ian and see what he says ian.cruickshank@aandspublishing.com 01452 317764 see you there Suzy PS Are you a member of the Z Club or seen a copy of our magazine? If you are interested in some cheap but speaclised advertising drop me an email and I can get you a copy of our magazine and a price list. suzy.huntley@bristol.ac.uk

Japfest-1st show of the year
I've organised a club stand for 30 cars and I can expand this if I need to. This is for the Z Club, 300ZX and 350Z. I hope you are still happy to come on board and have a joint stand. I can send you tickets and vehicle passes near the time (£6) but if you want to book a place on the Z only track session I will need money up front for that (£17.50 usual price £22.50). This is a marque dedicated track session and so far I have 1x 240 2x 260 1x 280 1x 300 4 x350 This could look quite impressive!! If you want more info you can contact me at suzy.huntley@bristol.ac.uk

Japfest-1st show of the year
Hello there, haven't been here for a little while!! OK you lot I'm arranging a stand for the Z Club again at this years JapFest and it would be good to do it together (so to speak!!). I can pass on all the details I have to someone or I can just go ahead and book a stand for both clubs. What do you think? I was also going to invite the 350 forum to join us. For the people that braved the weather last year, I was thinking of asking for the same pitch as last year as we didn't quite use all the space we did have. If I buy as a club the tickets will be £6 each and I will get hold of vehicle passes so the cars can get to the stand. Last year I was a bit disorganised so hope to do a better job this year, will even provide gazbo and tea and coffee all being well!!! (steady on the tea!) As to track time, yes this is £350 per session, (17.50 each if 20 cars go out) Last year the Z Club paid for this but what with driving licence/helmet etc only 3 cars went onto track. So this year if members want to go onto track they will have to cough up themselves. Again I'm happy to arrange this if you want, track time costs £22 if you do it individually. So Basically let me know what you want to do and if I can help Suzy

Longleat Hill Climb
Sorry it has taken awhile but at last..... Details for Longleat Hillclimb– Sunday 28th September The organisers are going to let us have a Zed area within the Paddock to park our cars (Don’t worry if your Z is not on the road, we’ll hide it round at the back with our Peugeot!!) We will have a covered area to escape the Sun and supple Tea/Coffee and biscuits. Tickets are reduced from £5 to £3 each and you will need a paddock pass. E-mail if you want tickets and I’ll send them on to you suzy.huntley@bristol.ac.uk or give me a call on 0117 3309083 Anyone leaving from Bristol, how about a convoy?? Suzy

Longleat Hill Climb
You shouldn't need to book tickets, unless I can get hold of some free passes, It's worth trying so I'll let you know. I count you in as I need to give the organisers some idea of numbers so we can all park together. So a virgin!!!!! do all the girlfriends know this! Your girlfriends don’t know what they are missing, I can go for miles……in a Z of course and don't worry Z Club virgins only have a few initiation rights that you have to go through, not too painful...........Honest

Longleat Hill Climb
Anyone interested in joining us at Longleat Hill Climb? The Z Club are going to have a stand on the Sunday (28th September 2003), so we will have an area just for Zs, I'll provide a gazebo and Tea and Coffe if you provide the cars!! There will be 3 240Z actually competeing that day apart from lots of other cars (to be pefectly honest I don't know too much about Hill climbs as this will be my first, but it sounds fun) There is a bit more info at these web site http://www.aswmc.org.uk/hilclimb.htm http://www.woolbridge.co.uk Let me know if you can make it so I can get an idea of what size of pitch we need. hope to see you there Suzy
