outside bar companies can get you the licence but most outside events can only get a licence til midnight - but then you would have to pay thier prices!!! If you have a member that owns a pub they will be able to get you a licence for the weekend (for a beer tent or for the scouts hut) OR - if the club buys the beer in and "gives" it away then you don't need a licence. But you can always ask for donation towards the club but thats not buying beer so no licence

you can hire the field and hall beside the loos so wouldn't be so far to walk - and if you go for April you would have somewhere inside to go and keep warm! I'm sure Derek will let you know whats available

Sorry to be a pain but just one thing - JAPFEST This could be the weekend of the 17th or 24th MAY - would be a shame to clash with that. where it says M4 WEST J18, gate B will be somewhere around there. Even if it means you having to drive further do try and use J18 of M4, last year the queues up by Quarry were really bad and you will miss this coming in from the other side
