yeh i got a pm from smithy a few days ago as i wanted a different set of plugs but ended up getting some others which i could just gap closer for higher boost but a few days later i got the pm saying he actually had a set coming and did i want them sending!! even said he would do them for the same price and just send them onto me and i just send the other ones either back or if he sells a set onto a new home :) Top service Mike

As smithy says alot is down to the mapper, he can run and map more boost into your car until the turbos start to come out of their efficiency range and then they wont make anymore power Just to give you an example when i had my car mapped with the 18g turbos i made more power at 1.4 bar than i did when it over boosted at 1.8 bar!! all your doing is then blowing hot air and risking the life span of your turbos so its not worth running silly boost for the sake of it!! you will possible find that around 1.5 bar is around the max that the 300zx engine likes possible 1.6 bar ;) Mike

Supras are good cars, yes the dash looks like its been carved out of a block of solid plastic LOL but there newer than most zeds, better put together, more reliable and far far far easier to tune!! talking 550+ bhp can be had from around £2-2500 which is amazing i think!! But For the life of me as much as i keep saying i would buy another i never do and always end up with another 300zx!?!?!? so maybe that tells you something LOL Oh and the fortune supra.....steeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeer away keep clear its been converted into a aero top which my importer nearly bought it until it got checked out and was told it is dangerious!! no extra strangth has been added. PCD should be 114.3 not 100 so no they wont fit

oem chips tend to overfuel slightly for added protection so as andy says sounds fine to me :) good results for a filter and zorst Mike

oem headgaskets are not reusable but cosmetic ones are which i presume you have :)

hmmm the T25-28's are one of the lowest spooling and dont make that much more power than oem turbos!! sports 530's look like a good buy for spool and power.

if you have the number you can still report them for dangerious driving, i call them when i nearly got driven off the road and they got done for it ;) then again its a pikey wagon so no doubt the coppers wont do owt!!

problem is even the likes of Sumo Power who has massive buying power wanted to create along with doluck some bodyparts for their pink drag R33 but it was simply too expensive to wind test them properly so before you start you really need to find out how much it costs to hire a wind tunned ;)

yeh 235's or 245's are fine and 265's or 275's for the rear, you can go to 285's but depending on how low the car is it may scuff the arches Mike

technically the best place is as close to the throttle bodys as possible so either on the inner pipes or where the recircs are

sounds like worn rings to me which is down to age mate, yes you can mod it but it wont last very long until they go so be prepared for a rebuild on it as they are fairly low and you will be losing pressure from the bottom end. if this car is expensive i would walk away mate unless you plan on spending money on it? it would look ok with a few changes, the orange is a bit in your face orange, i know the pentroof car is orange but i think its lambo orange which is alot nicer, this ones more illuminous LOL i know the turbo kit is ok on it as Wiffbitz fitted them but i wouldnt trust the seller as far as i could throw him
