download realplayer's lastest from their site. When you install it you can configure it to have a tag popup over the video when it's playing(when you mouse cursor is put on the video playing) which asks if you wish to download video(which can be a directory of your choice when configuring realplayer) ones installed and configured you will always have this prompt whenever your cursor is placed on the video playing

realplayer has a download facil if you get the latest one

I'd take the tuscan and run with it. A black/blue one near me left me for dead a few weeks back and a guy in work has an 06 plate one they are animals. I'd swap in a heatbeat and I know I will get flamed for it but IMHO they look better too. I love my car but a tuscan or a cerby unless is was mac1's car no contest

I've done a fair bit of baying and stick to second recorded or standard parcels, you get a postcode then. Costs a bit more but have claimed a few back as damaged lost etc so in the long run is worth it. Try using the receipt you have in the dispute they may accept it or he may back off
