  2. Hi people, My kids have got a notebook with the "linux" operating system, which is good, but, they now need Windows for ease with their homework. I have searched for about 2hrs now trying to get a free download for them, and to no avail. Does anyone know of a good site where i can download this? (For free!!). Or if you have a copy on disc, i would be very grateful, for sale or for free. Cheers, Al.
  3. Hi matey, hows u? As for your sig size, Isaac or Athene is the best for this, not me bud soz. Al. If i remember correctly, there is a thread which i was involved in/started about this, do a search mate.
  4. Come on then Joel, spill the beans matey? Al.
  5. Ok matey, let me know, with pics if poss, and if it looks good, with a good price to match i may have it. Cheers matey, Al.

  7. Hi people, Ok, after having my engine rebuilt by jimmer :bow: my oil temp seems to get a little high now and again, so i am gonna go for a larger oil cooler. I have seen some on e-bay, which are cheap, but want it to last and be good quality. Has anyone got an upgraded oil cooler fitted? If so, what did you go for, and what is the size of the fitments? Did you get the mounts with the new cooler? I want to buy 1 and be a direct fit. Mine is a Jap TT manual. cheers peeps, Al.

  15. AWESOME!!!!! :bow::bow:
  16. I do like the look of a porker, but..... I'd rather my 300 all day long!! People look at the person in the porker and think "small c**k, small brain, no life" People look at a 300 and think "oh my god, look at that!!!" Al.
  17. Just to add......1/4 miles for.... 993, 12.1 @ 117mph 996, 11.9 @ 120mph 997, 11.2 @ 129mph Now i may be wrong, but, if i remember correctly Mr . Mike Feeney once quoted that a modded 300 could stretch to early 12 secs @ almost 120mph for 1/4 mile on the "z-club" website. Not far behind for the new porker, as for the older, fatter version, well.....driving experience, gear change, etc... As before, i maybe wrong, if i am soz. Al.
  18. As i have said before, they are not that quick!!!! Matey, don't turn the boost up too much, make your 300 last and don't blow her. £150k versus erm... lets say for arguments sake £10-15k(BIG difference), and you come a very, very close second!!! In time that 150k will be a quite a few pounds less. (am not talking about weight!). Now your 300 is worth a certain amount to you, and it will remain that amount for many years to come, if you keep her in good form, it may increase, and i doubt the old porker will increase!! Al.
  19. You Caravanveee Island boys!!!! :p Never played poker in my life matey!! :tongue:
  20. I thought he was the "stig"!!!! Al.
  21. You done me there buddy AGAFC!!!!! :cry: Al.
  22. He is the "one"........ For all your 300 rebuild's!!! Totally trustworthy, totally honest, totally "know's what he is doing", and a totally great guy!! Trust him with my 300 all day long!! (not like some w***ers, who THINK they know what they are doing!!) Al.
