  5. Ratchet crimpers........ just dont get ur fingers stuck in them..... lol Alz.
  6. I'll have it please matey...... Alz.
  7. Nice tidy 300, but............the cc engine cover, no...... the red seats with the tweed interior, no....... Could be an awesome zed with some minor alterations. Alz.
  8. I got divorced downpipes on my 300, very good upgrade at a good price too. Good ol' "Robo", his online website is very helpful..... Alz.
  9. Oh yes matey, without a doubt!!! :punk: Alz.
  10. I have stretched tyres on my 300........ But they are not to the extreme. I wanted a very minimal amount of stretch, just enough to expose the wheel rim beyond the tyre. As you can see in my pics, it is not noticable, unless you look to the side, and I think this looks good....... Alz. Posted on my HTC
  11. I think a shorty needs a spoiler, unless it is a vert..... only my opinion buddy, but still looks great!!!!!! Alz.
  12. Nice info Jeff..... How is the tick over trimmed matey? (Just so everyone knows....) Al.
  13. Well.......... it wasn't me.... Alz. :tt2:
  14. If your engine and tubs r in good condition, I would say ditch the jets and go for a EBC... electronic boost controller for full safe boosting. Greddy Profec B Spec II is the one to get IMHO matey, east to plumb in with no frills, just all the necessary variants for boosting a 300 needs. Alz.
  15. Oh yes buddy, you know............... Alz.
  16. The HKS super drager is IMHO the best sounding exhaust system in the market, superb throughout the rev range...... can be quiet with light throttle, then very angry and aggresive with full throttle, but it is a single exit.... :( So, a twin exit wins all day long for looks.... and your 300 looks good Mitch.... Alz.
  17. Nice one Leo, glad you went for the rebuild matey, and well done Jimmer, the only man for the job!! Jimmer rebuilt my engine over 2 years ago, and she is still purring... Alz.
  18. Saw u, drivers window open, u had a red top on...... and it looked like u had no rear bumper.... Alz.
  19. If you go down to Romford Aaron, dont forget your flack jacket..... lol I used to live there..... Alz.
  20. Also, if you go down the twin exit route, be sure to fit an X pipe, and not a H pipe at the centre. Alz.
  21. With low operating oil temperature the oil will become thick and the lubrication properties will start to dwindle. I am not 100% sure of these values. The viscosity index relates to when the oil starts to break down due to high temperatures. My 300 runs at approx 80 degrees too, on a normal drive..... reaches 90-95 in traffic, and 85-90 in full throttle. 86.5 degrees rings a bell for a medium to which an oil performs at its best. For the best oil advice, "opie" is the daddy.... :) Alz.
  22. The oil temp will depend on the oil you are running..... IE, mineral, semi synthectic or fully synthetic. Mineral has a very low viscosity index, semi is slightly higher, and fully is higher still. As a rule of thumb, (rough figures here...lol) mineral VI=95-97 degrees, semi VI=100-103, and fully=120-135. This is just a guide to oil operating temperatures...... (and no.... not from wiki!!!!) Alz.
  23. Me thinks it is worth a bit more than that me ol' fruit......... Alz.
  24. I got it from a guy called Nend on here, he has some great 300zx parts for sale..... Alz.
