  1. To be honest a clean / blingy engine bay has never been a priority for me. I give it a wipe with a light oil to keep things corrosion free but I'd be nervous washing under there with water - might do more harm than good???
  2. Houghtons or Adrian Flux never touch Bell Direct for me for value at insurance time.
  3. At least you filled it before your neighbours got the chance! lol
  4. enjoy what's left of it! :nana2:
  5. A woman, a dog and a wallnut tree, The more you beat them, the better they be. Could make a great signature for someone! :hyper:
  6. Crivens - that's got some shove. Maybe he's ditched the old carb and banged in a Lucas.
  7. mines 99 spec but love the abflug look
  8. Some of it is true but a lot is meant to be seen as an extended metaphore. When people get the wrong end of the stick and treat it literally you get problems. And it's been translated / interpreted many times some versions are innacurate. Not that I'm a christan or anything, mind!
  9. Sh1t mtae - sorry to hear that - so many w4akers out there. Acetone - not sure if it'll get rid of it enough to clear the mechanisms enough to work - worth a try though!
  10. Answer A then? Screenwash only?
  11. Christ - sounds like I'll have to bring my grandmother's old serice revolver to this one just in case things get nasty. Ah well, it's what she would have wanted!
  12. M5? C class AMG? To be honest, if MPG is an issue for that sort of money I'd go for a BMW 3 series 3 litre diesel. The midrange on these modern diesel cars is impressive and they hold their money quite well. Otherwise a 1999 Maserati 3200! :hyper:
  13. Fell in love with the lookof the car in 1992. Had a 200SX (S13) for five years (1999-2004). Finally got a Z (NA) just over a year ago - it was the same price as a BMW 318 (coupe) of the same age so it seemed stupid not to.
  14. You discovered Neil Morris in your loft trying to hide out from the Beaurea of Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms follwing an investigation into cigar smuggling?
  15. Sh1t mate - absolutely gutted for you. What a w4anker. :headvswal
  16. click on him
  17. Isn't it just like the biggest Pikey camp ever?
  18. Welcome Mark :duffer:
  19. The big boys are in the butchers. ;) Ayyyeee!
  20. As it says - how clever are you with the spanners, mole grips etc?
  21. I can use the Mrs' 1.0L 1999 Polo but it's hers! I only have the 300ZX and some motorbikes: a RMX250, XTZ660 and FZS1000 (but the FZS1000 is 'borrowed'!)
  22. You can start drinking properly now! :duffer:
  23. Bell Direct have been cheapest for me for two years. http://www.belldirect.co.uk Worth a call - though you must be sick of answering all those questions they ask though. "Is it an import? Yes? I'll just put you on hold sir for seven minutes then find out we don't cover imports. Try our sister company and please sit in a phone queue and answer all the questions again." :headvswal
